The location is horrible....don't understand why this place has very long line.

This is a really cute spot. My wife and come here whenever we're in town.
The food is good, and their drinks are fire.
Their entire concept is cool and they executed it flawlessly.

The frappes are always a little on the sweet side, so to combat this ask for extra ice and double blend, otherwise the pastries are amazing particularly the tres leches and the churro muffin.

Great coffee.. only drawback is they need some kind of code to get wifi for a short period with purchase. When it expires, the need to make another purchase. Every table is filled with people using laptops with a single purchase for hours. No room for customers to sit. Same people sitting there when we came at lunch as dinner and same half drunken drink.

The drinks are delicious though a little pricey for me. But you have to try the tres leches muffin warmed up! I suggest eating it with a fork because it can get sticky. Their customer service is always wonderful it's just unfortunate that the ongoing street construction can make it difficult to get in at times.

Really good flavors. Tried the ice blended mexican mocha and it really impressed me. The guava croissant is good but a little dry. Can use cream cheese or more jam.

Rice and beans frappe is where it's at, I like that they blend whole coffee beans inside, it gives the drink more depth of flavor.

Great place ! Their Horchata frappe is probably the best one I’ve had so far from anywhere they offer this drink

Came here to study with some friends because of how spacious it looks. After coming here, I can indeed say this is a great place to study. Nice comfortable furniture scattered everywhere as well as nice music to accompany the agony which comes with studying for finals, writing papers, or doing homework.
Tierra Mia Coffee, I would say is pretty easy to find, but when I went there was construction in the middle of the street, and State College is usually a busy street so there was quite a bit of traffic and difficulty when driving into the establishment and leaving it. There is a drive-thru here for those who are looking to go in and out. Parking is plentiful and I don't really see it being that big of an issue because of how large and exclusive the parking lot is.
The exterior of the coffeeshop is quite unappealing but once you walk inside, it is a whole other realm. There's nice and flashy furniture accompanied by the subtle taste of mid-century modern chairs and furniture. The associates were a little bit hasty because I can tell they were busy alongside orders from inside the store as well as the drive-thru. It wasn't the best service I've had but it wasn't the worst.
Menu-wise, this is a place where I would want to try everything, in terms of their baked goods and their beverages. That day, I had a Horchata Latte with a Strawberry Muffin-scone combination. They were both excellent. I had my dessert baked and it was excellent. *chef's kiss*
Overall, this is definitely some place I would come back to again to study or even to stop by for coffee.
