Can say enough words!,, I judge them at the beginning, I said well it is a small place but at the end let's give it a try!,,.
I ask for a hot mocha,, man was one of the best coffee's 👌 I ever tasted, 🙌 was made by a girl, I don't know her name,but had en amazing taste and presentation,.

Great service , didn’t mind adjusting my drink to make it just right . Appreciate that .

Continuing my visit of different coffee shops throughout the Bay Area.
Cute small modern coffee shop! Prices are reasonable and great tasting espresso and coffee. Very friendly staff wearing mask and hand sanitizer available for usage

I've been to this location a couple times and enjoyed all other locations of Souvenir, both in SF and in the East Bay. This staff who's here every Saturday is extremely kind, welcoming, and friendly, and there were always seatings available on a Saturday afternoon to do work and the wifi works fine. You can never go wrong with any Souvenir coffee branch!

The Bali was so floral and sweet I had to blend it with a Java just to drink it. Tasted like Yergachiefe for God's sake

Delicious third wave espresso roast, one of the best in the east bay (better than Bicycle, IMO). So good I made it my default home bean!

The only thing I order here is Chai Latte, and it's great. The staff is quick, friendly and know how to make what they make. Their lids fit on the cups easily, but they said that it was the fault of the manufacturers and can easily be overlooked.I've been here maybe 5 times and it's never been mediocre. The prices aren't that high and just like most coffee shops there's a spot to sit and work. Overall great atmosphere and drinks.

The staff was beyond nice and the coffee was great. I love the ice they use.

Souvenir brews coffee traditionally. That means they take great care and pride in their craft. I just wish this place was larger as the number of patrons can get a bit overwhelming.

Bad attitude! Worst matcha latte ever made! The lady has no business being at a coffee shop! She seems to be struggling.
