Sorry to leave a neutral review. We were really excited to try this place when we had to drive through Springdale early one Saturday. Arrived at 7:05 (five minutes after opening time published on Google and on their door) the door was locked, lights were off. Tried knocking and calling the phone number. Hung around for a bit but finally left sad and hungry.

I had the "where's the beef" sandwich and taro white chocolate mocha, they were both very good. The staff are very polite and patient. I will definitely come here again:)

Love that there is another great place in downtown Springdale. The atmosphere and staff are nothing short of amazing. Everyone is super friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend!! Save room for dessert, and try the holy cannolis when you come.

Giving two stars for the friendly staff. Everything else was mediocre at best. Me and my partner both ordered a sandwich. The sandwiches were cold (I order a hotsy totsy) and the cheese was hard. The buns were also dry. My coffee also tasted like it was sweetened, even though I ordered a plain latte.

Worlds best Java and Pies? More like Worlds WORST Java and Pies! I ordered a "chunky monkey" and it actually came with a MONKEY in it, an actual CHUNKY MONKEY. You have a wild animal running around, what kind of service is this? Never coming back.

Absolutely, the best Chai latte I've ever had. It's a comfort meal in itself. Their name may actually be true.
