The Saturday night crew is amazing! I was hesitant to go back because the last time I was there, the staff wasn't too friendly. However the men on shift tonight were so nice and obviously enjoying their night. :)

Its good quality but theres sort of an uninviting vibe. If you dont know everything about the menu they dont make it easy to ask questions. I once asked if i could get a drink iced and they just laughed and said theres literally no other way it can be made since it was a white chocolate truffle. Nothing about the name i felt implied i couldnt get it hot but the mocking answer made me feel very unwelcome. Just personal experiences though. Good coffee for sure, has a deeper flavor than most.

Great coffee and breakfast. If I lived there I would go here all the time. Loved the vibe. It also had a unique conference room. I got a quiche and coffee and loved every bit of it.

Great coffee with a variety of flavors and brews. I will definitely be back! I ordered the Columbia Narińo Friends pour over and it was delicious with a bit of cream.

I've only been here once, and it was Friday around 9:20 am. Overall, my experience was average. I've heard great things about Onyx, and was expecting more. I bought 2 large (16 oz) hot drinks and the total was less than $12. It looked like there were 3 or 4 orders in front of me.
Pros:
-Had several plant milks to choose from.
-Barista was friendly.
-Inside was clean, spacious, and had a nice vibe.
-Drinks were not overly sweet.
-The Onyx Delight drink has a very nice flavor combo.
-I asked that one drink be kid temperature, and it was. Or at least it was after waiting for the unknown amount of time it was out on the counter. I don't know about the temperature of the other drink.
-I'm normally pretty sensitive to caffeine, and I didn't get the jitters. Idk if that means their coffee is weak, if it's different from other coffees, or if I was active enough that it didn't make me jittery.
Cons:
-Only 2 sizes- 12 and 16 oz.
-Plant milk subs are $0.75. It honestly bothers me when places charge that much for plant milk subs.
-I feel like the drinks were not flavored enough.
-Didn't ask if the order was for here or to go, and I forgot to let them know it was to go. They did serve the order in to go cups.
-Didn't label the cups with my name or what kind of drink it was for me to tell them apart. I had to ask them to do this.
-The to go drinks did not have lids on them, but the barista did put them on after labeling the drinks. This may seem very minor, but some lids are a little difficult to put on correctly, if not put on correctly can result in pouring coffee all over yourself/burning yourself, and I was holding a baby so I would have had to do this with one hand. Also, putting a lid on immediately after preparing keeps in the heat.
-No drink carriers with handles.
-And here is my biggest problem. The cashier took my name with my order, and I never heard it called out. It wasn't busy, so it's not like they had too many things going on that they couldn't call out my name again. I had an infant with me, and was trying to keep her entertained and quiet over by the windows. 10+ minutes later, I go up to the barista to let her know the drinks are to go. Turns out my drinks had been done for who knows how long, were in to go cups with no lids, and were the only drinks out to be grabbed.
Maybe my name had been called 20 seconds before I went up there, or maybe this is just how they run this place. If the later is true, they should at least cover the drinks so they don't get cold.

Great place to get coffee! Usually in and out quick after 9am. They use Onyx coffee brands and menu but are phasing it over to their own unique brand and menu.

I'm a huge fan of all Onyx Coffee Lab locations. When I need a little rocket power and creativity boost I post up here. Love the house coffee and always have a craving for the Onyx Delight with Almond Milk.

Rather be at starbucks, I mean are you paying for the fancy leaf at the top of your latte? Not many sugar free options. It did taste good and service is fast and friendly

Amazing coffee and great baristas. I love the interior, but it can be a bit small during the busy hours. Its definitely one of the best coffee shops in Arkansas.

If you live in the NWA area, you're missing out if you don't go to Onyx on a regular basis. A perfect homework spot, first date, or relaxing afternoon. The atmosphere screams coffee shop. I recommend their hot chocolate because they sprinkle this black salt on top that is unique to Onyx
