Their online store is even more impressive and, if you're in the area, you can order from warehouse stock and pickup with no shipping/processing fees. They also offer a teacher discount and havethe biggest selection of children's books in the area (many prices at 1.00). Awesome resource for educators needing to build classroom libraries.

This place is amazing. They have used books for incredibly reasonable prices. I was even able to find a few relatively new books in almost perfect condition for less than half the price you can buy them new. Staff was very friendly, definitely coming back!

Absolutely the best gem ever for a bibliophile such as myself! Extremely affordable and such a vast collection! The people are so nice and the website is easy to search if you can't find what you're looking for in store. I regularly buy 4+ books and spend less than $10 every time.

Oh. My. Gosh! This place is pure gold. You'd think since it's a bookstore, and I'm an avid reader that I would be able to tell you accurately and succinctly all about the jewel of a place this is, but my mind is blown. There are books everywhere. There are hidden rooms off of rooms that are, wait for it.... Filled with even more books! There is a chair made from bookshelves and filled with books. Amazing. The prices are reasonable, the staff are friendly and it smells... LIKE BOOKS. Crazy, I know, but nonetheless true. Go. Buy. Love. Support small business owners and find some new books to read.

Its quaint and quiet. They have a surprisingly large selection of books. They offer a educators discount so that a defendant plus for homeschooling parents also. We were pleased. Very nice customer service as well.

Well I ordered the book that I wanted 12/2/21, paid got my confirmation. Was planning on picking it up at the Tontitown/Springdale store 12/5/21. The owner called me 12/4/21 to tell me the book would not be there until that following week. I explained I only had 1 day off from work and that was Sunday 12/5/21. I needed it for a Christmas party 12/6/21. She said oh well you can pick it up next week or go to Bentonville. I have no idea where that is. She said oh well, nothing she could do. I ask if she could get it for me and have it at her store for Sunday 12/5/21. She replied no I can not. What a wonderful store owner. I asked for my money to be refunded, she replied maybe, the cost was such a small amount that it shouldn't matter or not. People beware. Iv always liked doing business with this company, but not so much now. So much for my already paid for Christmas gift. Thanks Once Upon A Books

Huge selection of books and great prices. Make sure to get a punch card while you're there because guaranteed you'll be back. Staff is always friendly and helpful and they've done a good job reorganizing the store to make the books more accessible (it used to be just rows of shelves, but they've now broken it up into easy to peruse sections and genres).

The best second love store for books. The staff is always the best! The new coffee shop and gift place is so amazing! Love the rewards as well!
