Great turkey sandwich and london fog latte. Good atmosphere, and wonderful customer service. Very accommodating! Any time I'm in Siloam, I find an excuse to go here. I urge everyone else to do the same! Chef's kiss. 🤌😘

Great selection of coffee and the employees were very helpful! My sisters got vanilla iced lattes and I got an iced latte with their honey bear syrup (I think that's what it was called, honey & cinnamon.). Everything was really good and decently priced!

Great place! Best coffee in town! Friendly people, chill atmosphere, great music- what more could you ask for? Casual setting to connect with people, clear your mind, or work out of the office. Love it!

I went to PJ’s before the 9:30 rush this morning and ordered a bagel. The bagel took an hour to get out. The staff was unapologetic and rude. They prioritized the rush even though my order was placed first.I will not be visiting there again.

LOVE Pour Jon’s! Amazing sandwiches, drinks, waffles, and consistently kind customer service. I always take friends who don’t know siloam well here for lunch or coffee. It’s also my go-to if I need to focus on work. (P.S. who makes the playlists? They’re always incredible!)

Great coffee and food during our weekend in Siloam Springs. Little gems likes this make weekend getaways a bit more exciting. :)

Ordered an iced earl grey w lavender syrup and iced latte w chocolate syrup. Large selection of teas that they will brew hot/iced. Their syrups are homemade and semi sweet. Love that they don’t just hand you a tea bag in a cup; they actually let the tea brew and then serve :). Will be coming back.

The latte was great, chicken sandwich and the egg bagel were amazing.

First and foremost, I love Pour Jons - they make delicious drinks & food, and some of the employees have become good friends to me and now know me by name. They often remember my order and have always been immensely kind and so friendly. I won't stop buying from Pour Jons as long as I live in Siloam. However, I wanted to share with others that you should not stop by Pour Jons if you're wanting to order something quickly. I've had two experiences where I've waited 45 minutes for one cup of iced coffee, and had to catch a plane that same day, which was a disastrous experience, and I wish I had left without waiting for my coffee that I already paid for. This week I had to wait 45 minutes for a breakfast sandwich that I ordered to go. I would recommend ordering ahead if you need something faster, but even when I ordered ahead for my iced coffee and came in to pick it up 10 minutes later, I still had to wait for 45 minutes - almost an hour in total. As someone who worked heavily in customer service and the restaurant industry, I totally get it - employees work at different paces, other orders are more urgent and take a long time because they are the priority - but since it's happened twice now, with no communication of a wait or an apology, I figured it's worth letting others know. Often the wait is worth it and it won't deter me from continuing to shop at Pour Jons, but sometimes it's been frustrating.
