IHOP

Kaylynne, our server, was a very nice young lady, and incredible helpful and pleasant. My wife and I were in the business for a number of years, so we always appreciate good service. A very clean restaurant, very friendly crew, and the food was wonderful. I had the steak omelet, and was very pleased. We will be back again and again. John and Teresa Bates

We are new residents to the area. We have been to this location twice. Both times my husband and I have order different items from the menu. Both times the food has been excellent! The service has been even better and the Manager, Krystal was so nice and very attentive to our experience. She even made it a point to stop by pur table to make sure everything was as it should be. All in all we had a great time and will definitely be back many times.

The food was good. Our waiter was the only one waiting on tables while everyone else watched him work. The manager actually sat in a booth with a family the whole time we were there. Interesting experience!

We had carryout last night from the Searcy IHOP. My wife said her breakfast was pretty good. I had one of the new bowl menu offerings. It was the pablano pepper bowl. It was edible, but not great. The employee that brought our food to the vehicle was shamelessly begging for a tip. That was kind of annoying and a slight put off

I didn't get offered high chairs and I have 2 kids under 3. other than that everything was okay. Food was delicious. My server was new so everything was understandable.

I typically give places multiple chances before posting a negative rating. This was my 3rd time to eat at this IHOP. I really like eating at IHOP restaurants, but not this one. The floor had food everywhere. We were there for over an hour - there was plenty of time to clean. They were busy when we arrived, maybe half full, but most people cleared out within 20 minutes. After nearly 15 minutes someone finally took our order of eggs, bacon, and pancakes. That's all. 40 minutes later we had our food - barely warm. In that time the table next to us had their order but it was wrong. On a previous visit, there were also wrong orders. The restaurant was cold - everyone kept their coats on. My daughter said she knew to bring a coat because it's always cold at this location.

Our server Dakota was very kind. Although, there was hair in a drink. The food was okay. Not really great. But service was good and no harsh wait time

Service was terrible. Didn't get what was ordered and how it was ordered. Took forever to get just a slice of cheese that was ordered on the meal amd the place wasn't very busy. To top it all off there was hair in my sandwich! I would post the pictures if my review would allow me to.

Four stars for promptness of ser ice, nice staff, satisfying food-also hot. Clean restrooms! Staffed well!! 😃 My chicken fried steak was large! Pancakes alway good!
3 is stars to low. 4 stars I reserve for a 'nice' restaurant & food like Olive Garden, Maggiano's, etc. Or one that is outstanding.

Thought we were going to have a good waitress but that proved wrong after we got half of our food and had to wait for the other half
