Best bagels and fast and always friendly service.

So I e been going to this location for Uber and ASAP...formely bitesquad for almost a year now and have always found them to be pretty nice until yesterday. Went to pick up an order so I asked how much longer since I'm on a time crunch to get it delivered and make it to my job on time. I was informed that I should not ask that and it's rude then proceeds to throw the order at me and tell me to not come back. I was taken back since all I did was ask but I'll be glad to stay away and I'll make sure all my friends and coworkers know as well.

Such delicious bagels! They are soft and easy to chew.

Usually we get pretty good quality when we go here, but today I got a couple of hot espresso drinks and the espresso did not taste very good. Also, I was informed that the steamer was broken as well so I couldn't order the drink I originally wanted. Please fix the espresso machine and make sure it is being cleaned properly so that the drinks will taste good. Thank you.

I've had this several times with several different menu items. They have always been good and consistent. It's located just off the interstate so it's a good place to stop if you're traveling I49 in the morning.

Jalapeño salsa shmear is my favorite…must try

Service is fast, food is fresh, and location is very convenient. There's also a drive thru if you are on the go.

Got there and it was very busy so was understanding that the food was taking a while, but after waiting for almost 30 minutes and everyone who had ordered before us and after us had gotten their food we were confused so we went up to the counter to ask where our order was and they magically had it ready within 2 minutes. Very poor customer experience.

Very disappointed! I placed my order on the app and picked it up in the drive through. They gave me the wrong order, and the employee who handed it to me didn't even look at me or acknowledge my existence, just basically tossed the order at me while she was looking at and talking to her coworker and the closed the window in my face before I even had time to check my order. Will not go to this location again.

Food and coffee are delicious. Service is welcoming and friendly.
