I eat at Cafe 166 fairly often and have never had a bad meal. The service is exceptionally friendly and it has that hometown atmosphere. One of my favorites!

Great home cooked food. I've eat there several times . Food and service I have gotten had all been good . If your looking for home cook food from hamburger and fries to a plate of meat and vegetables this is where I go.

Gone downhill. The last visit took 1 hour to get breakfast for two people. Not sure how you can ruin eggs, but they did. Curious how old the food was... not planning to ever go back, already given three bad meals. Sorry.

Some nice people. Others not as nice. When we call in a phone order for specific desserts, then send our housekeeper/maid out there to get it, we expect to get what we ordered. Not what is left. Please hold back the items we order and do not sell them to someone else!

All of our food was delicious and it was quick service even though the place was packed.

Worst restaurant in Pocahontas. Strongly discourage anyone from eatting here. They were busy when we arrived at 830. Server took 5 mins to even greet us, then forgot about our drink order. Finally took our order at 845. Food wasnt delivered until we said we wanted the ticket for the drinks. Food arrived ice cold. Sausage gravy was just white gravy that was floury and chalky tasting. When asked if it was the sausage gravy I ordered, she took the bowl off my plate and took it back to the kitchen where they added bits of sausage to the bowl.
They didn't heat it up just sent it back. First of all we are in the south, proper sausage gravy is made with the sausage grease and sausage in the pan creating a rue from the sausage fat. This was not that. I have had better sausage biscuits and gravy from a gas station. When we complained to the manager the excuse we were given for the 45 mins to receive our cold food was "oh there was a big party (8 people) ahead of you."
Poor Service obviously stemming from management that doesn't have any care, passion, or drive to represent even basic quality. When your 14 yr old neice can make better food its time to shut the place down.

Good food. Friendly staff, fair prices

The food was small and honestly way over priced for the bland small amount you get. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I love this restaurant! We went Sunday for Mother’s Day and I’ve been thinking about it ever since. We were just passing through from southern Arkansas back home to St. Louis. We googled restaurants that serve breakfast all day and this came up. Based on the high rating, we decided to give it a try. I’m glad we did! Our waitress was super friendly. She was especially good with our three young children. We all had breakfast and it was amazing! I wished we lived closer so I could go more often. If we are ever in the neighborhood we will definitely go again!

Although the food was good, one of the younger employees turned what should have been a cool roadside diner experience into the uncomfortable meal from hell. Clearly, we were imposing upon them to show up at 1:30 even though they didn't close until 2. She continued to make her unhappiness known by sweeping and mopping within inches of where we ate. Funny thing is, we were out of the restaurant by 2. Think twice before making this restaurant a dining choice.
