American Made General Store

Made a phone call to ask about a product. They didn't carry it or had any for sale, but the person who answered the phone didn't seem to care to actually find out if what I asked for is what she asked if they had to whomever she'd just asked. I dont know their name....just "American Made." Then when I asked if she knew where I might find one, she immediately said "not off the top of my head" well ok. "Thank you so much." Thanks and hung up. That was rude and lacked customer service. Because of this phone call, I won't shop here. Ever. Maybe they have good customer service to your face.

I never got my product. They don't answer emails or answer thier phone at the Pocohantas location. Not a happy customer. Will not order from them anymore.

Everytime i have stepped into your store its been very welcoming and customer Friendly. I always find exactly what im needing for a gift and of course pocahontas has nothing other than Wal-Mart where quality is cheap and customer service is poorest. The Gentleman that works there is always customer friendly and asks if you need help finding everything, he definitely needs rewarded for his customer service with customers who come into your store.

I had never visited this fairly new addition to the Pocahontas shopping experience. I decided to take a quick walk around in between errands. I was quite impressed with the variety of the merchandise which is entirely items which are made in the USA. The prices are much more competitive than I expected. One section has items made in all fifty states. Ammo and boots are available. There weren't a lot of shoppers, but I expect that to change when this merchant is discovered.

I'm so glad we have a local store that sells American made products only. I love buying the local produce and meat/dairy products.

A great addition to our community. American Made General Store provides a large variety and assortment of items. Grocery, household items, outdoor tools, clothing, etc.

We love this store.. all american made products, sells local meat along with farm fresh eggs. Employees are so nice and the cafe is good too!
