Westrock Coffee Company - Roasting & Manufacturing

I drink bold coffee and mostly through a Keurig. My usual is Starbucks Sumatra but often drink Sam's Organic Bold, Aldi's Bold, etc. I ordered the Mixed Brew Box - Classic which included Meza Morning Blend, East African Blend, Rwanda Select & Organic Sumatran. First, I like what the company does for coffee growers in other countries. As far as their coffee, all four of these were extremely weak. As I watch the coffee come out of the Keurig it's usually deep brown at first. All of the Westrock coffees are light brown and transparent even at the first of the brew. I brewed them at the 6 cup setting and they are a little stronger but not much. The taste of each of them is average with no highlighted notes. This isn't to disparage this seemingly great company, it's to let other bold coffee drinkers know that this is very weak coffee.

I have always bought Starbucks coffee and brewd it at home. My husband heard of Westrock coffee from the sports radio station and recommended we try it, so I bought some and.... I have to say I was MORE than pleasantly surprised!! We got the MEZA morning blend, it is so smooth and delicious!! I have told everyone of my friends about this coffee because it is that GOOD!!! I don't think I'll go back to Starbucks after this!!! We are so satisfied and happy he found a new goody to enjoy everyday!!! THANK YOU WESTROCK for changing our morning routine for the better!!!

No space to park overnight so don’t ask for one, decent loading and unloading time but the load is a bit heavy
