Whenever I want a dozen filled doughnuts, a jalapeño sausage and cheese kolache and a cappuccino, they get my order correct or, if they are out of something I ordered, they make a suggestion for a replacement. I only do the drive thru ever since COVID-19 hit and they have gotten familiar enough with my car and me that the lady that serves they drive thru every time I have gone there questioned me as to why I was not ordering my usual order and was only getting a cappuccino to which I replied “my husband already got the rest of my order but forgot the cappuccino!” We both laughed about that. Also, this lady has gotten familiar enough with me that if they do not have enough of the filled doughnuts I ordered, I can just say “replace with anything but” and she most likely will finish my sentence with “except strawberry or raspberry” because I mentioned at most twice that I am allergic to strawberry and have a fear of raspberry and strawberry getting possibly mixed up.

I started going to this location quite regularly until I noticed that I was getting overcharged and double charged pretty much every time I ordered for more than one person. I pointed it out and each time was told "no, no".. I was rang up correctly. They don't give receipts to show what all you're charged for. After catching it more than once I stopped giving them my business.
