We stopped for the Boba Thai Tea. š§š
My husband had not had Pho before. Heās not a fan of exotic cuisine. I talked him into eating some dumpling soup. I thought the soup was really good.
It was a massive portion. It would have been nice to have a half order or smaller portion size to choose from. Itās hard for people like me who have had gastric surgery to eat much at one time. I wish restaurants understood that some people do not want ākidāsā versions or half orders because we are trying to be cheap. We just donāt want to waste food or money on what we know we will not eat.
Service was fast, friendly, and professional. Food met expectations. We were seated promptly. Restaurant appeared clean/organized. (I did not use the bathroom.)

Very surprised and impressed with this place. I have eaten a lot of Pho all around and I am very glad I stopped in here to try theirs. I have been wanting to for a good while. Great depth of flavor in the broth and tasted very fresh. Typical price anywhere you get it. Also an extensive menu for any taste other than Pho. Highly reccomend š

We waited ~20 min for a clean table since they were very understaffed with only 2 people serving/cleaning/taking phone orders. But we wanted hot soup and thereās not another phĆ³ place in Hot Springs so we were patient. Our waitress was very nice and even offered to make the phĆ³ I ordered with the rebel broth and not charge us for the sake since they ran out of the phĆ³ broth I ordered! Overall, the food and sake was delicious!

Probably the only pho restaurant in town. Good location close to the Park. We went there for dinner and all ordered pho. Pho was OK but not great. The borough or soup was not hot enough, and I could not burn the meat and been sprouts. I would rate pho as 3-star. However, the waitress was nice and brought us extra hot soup, and that made the pho much better. So 5-Star waitress. 4-Star overall.

YES!! This Pho is so good I try to get sick all winter so my girlfriend will buy it for me! Seriously, this soup has healing properties that make me feel better even when Iām šÆ. I recommend to start With an order of beef spring rolls. They are not fried spring rolls and they come cold with a delicious spicy peanut dipping sauce. Just do it. I had my friend with me and we ended up ordering another batch while we waited on the Pho. I truly recommend the flank steak and brisket pho. Iāve tried the seafood (octopus is always chewy), the meatball (good but no candle to the beef), the dumplin (also good but not filling enough), and the carnivore favorite which is all the meats in one. This one is good for those who really want to experience tripe and tendons. Honestly, itās too much work and the steak flank and brisket is just where itās at for flavor and consistency. They also offer a ton of Vietnamese sandwiches, fried rice, noodle, and cold noodle entrees. Thereās even a meal for two that serves whole fish. Just be warned if you like to drink alcohol, the bottled beers are $4 (the wildest one is Modelo... wow) and they donāt have a liquor license. But please donāt let that stop you. Get a chai bubble tea to go and you will feel so content with life and probably have a tub of soup leftover for tomorrowās lunch.

We had the tofu pho and the wide noodles with tofu. All of it was delicious. I really recommend the wide noodles.
For dessert we had the mango boba tea. I didnāt get a picture because I drank it so fast and I couldnāt put it down.
The service was great as well.

The pho soup is a bit sweeter than I am used to and honestly, I didn't enjoy this place that much. They offer Thai tea and boba drinks as well as spring rolls and other appetizers.

Great vibe. Good service. But the sandwich was very dry. The vermicelli meal I got was OK. The tarro fries were waaayyy to salty and dried out.

Fantastic Vietnamese restaurant. Wonderful environment with good food and good service. For celiacs or gluten free diners, one of the waiters is very knowledgable of keeping food gluten free. I will come back next time we visit Hot Springs.
