Amazing selection of tea, though we only popped in once so we didn't get to try many. Vegan cheesecakes were gluten free and very yummy. The blooming tea was unique and delicious. We stopped in 2 minutes before close and the staff was still very friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere inside. Well worth the walk down to the end of the main road. Our favorite coffee/tea stop of our trip.

Wonderful and welcoming to everyone. Flavor, texture, atmosphere, presentation, and service are all excellent. Clean establishment with the perfect balance of openness and coziness.

We came in later in the afternoon and service was a little slow but the shop wasn't very busy so not sure what was going on. We got the grilled cheese, a coffee and a tea. I will say, I enjoyed the peach tea for sure. Had a great vibe. We might have just caught them at a bad time.

We met my son for breakfast before our long car ride back to South Carolina.
He recommended the toasted everything bagel with ham and cheese and I was not disappointed!
We got Chai teas, coffees, bagels and a fruit and yogurt bowl. Everyone loved their breakfast.
This restaurant is an absolute credit to Hot Springs. We will be back next visit.

The pastries and bakery items are delicious with gluten free options available. The service is fast and friendly. Great atmosphere to meet up with friends. Coffee leaves a little to be desired, but they do have a large selection of tea options. They also host weekly events such as a poetry night.

I walked in and got 4 lattes for the family. I ordered 2 hot and 2 iced. 1 hot caramel, 1 hot white chocolate, and two iced caramel. All were really good. Other than taking my order, I really didn't have much interaction with the staff. Although I did observe them being friendly to others and interacting friendly towards each other. It looked like they had a pretty good setup where whoever takes your order makes your order. Then another person is waiting to take/make the next order. I'm sure this removes a lot of the confusion of communicating the order to another person to make. The line moved fairly quick because of this. It looked like they had some good food but I didn't eat anything. Parking is a mess in Hot Springs in that area but that's not their fault. The location is great for those shopping around the bathhouse area. I'll definitely come back.

We enjoyed sitting on the patio with our dog. The food and coffee was great!

The food was great! The manager doesn’t seem to have patience for newer people, so he might talk to you like you’re ignorant. He might’ve had a bad morning so I don’t mean to be too harsh. The other workers are very warm, nice, and welcoming. If you need coffee and the line at pancake house is too long, consider this as a good alternative.

Great spot for vegan options in Hot Springs. They have milk alternatives and the chai tea was fantastic. We got a special which was vegan biscuits and gravy which I wouldn't recommend. The biscuits were hard and there wasn't much gravy. But they had plenty of other vegan options on the menu and another special that looked delicious.
