Not great? There is only one barista running the shop and her boyfriend kept coming up behind her and hugging her from behind while she was working. He came straight from the couch/lounge area, touched all over her, and then she directed him to hand her stuff. He sniffed and wiped his runny nose over his hands and then started handling the coffee beans she asked him to grab. This is extremely unprofessional and unsanitary behavior, will never be back

Quick fast and great service. Nice spot for a good start to the day in hot springs and right around the corner from the national park. Def recommend stopping by for good coffee before waking around the park!

Katie gave us the BEST customer experience we ever have had! My special drink was just the beginning of her great service!

This was perfect!!! Definitely recommend going here!

Great coffee. Yummy bakery goods. Spacious and relaxing atmosphere. Worth driving a few blocks off the main thoroughfare to find.

My friend’s and I were visiting Hot Springs and decided to check out this coffee shop since it was close to our Airbnb. We walked in and waited in line for 20+min even though there was only 3 people in front of us, not that big of a deal but the baristas were talking amongst each other and messing up orders. We waited another 30-45 min before we finally got our coffees and bagels. They also forgot our kolaches and we had to remind them twice about it. We were the only ones left in the shop at the end and the baristas continued to work very slowly and talk about very unprofessional topics while we could hear them. The worst thing was that this coffee shop is located in a church, we didn’t realize that before we walked in. The baristas referred to us as “outsiders” which is extremely unprofessional and rude. They were definitely giving the “church-goers” priority over us so it makes sense why we had to wait so long. The food was also super bland and the bagels were nearly burnt. Coffee was bland with hardly any taste. Overall worst experience we had in Hot Springs for sure. I do hope those baristas think before they call people “outsiders” again because that’s not a good look for the coffee shop, especially for people visiting from out of town.

Coffee was okay, the place needs a little more decorative design to it, it was kinda boring. The barista was nice!

Lovely place with a pleasant ambiance. I would love to see them open a bit earlier at 7 AM for some joe to go on the way to work.

Nice, quiet coffee shop with great staff and WONDERFUL coffee and bakery items. We got the blueberry Fields, capachi’s delight, blueberry lemon scone and the one thing I will dream about-carrot coffee cake! They measure their syrups and coffee for consistency each time. Don’t miss this place!

Great service and products. Matcha tea is the best and coffee too. On top of that Lee is an awesome guy who spent time chatting with us about the best of Hot Springs, hope to come back!
