The staff here is always friendly, they’re patient when I don’t know exactly what I want 😄, and they recommend something yummy when I ask. The coffee is great, bakery items are good, and service is quick. Definitely recommended!!
It was just okay. The Caramel mocha was a little sweet for me. My son ordered a strawberry smoothie, took 3 sips and said it was disgusting. I never tasted it, but he ended up throwing up all over my backseat a few minutes later because it was so bad.🤮
Established in 1998, and one of the best hometown coffee shoppes I've ever had the pleasure of going to. Try a Black and White or the fantastic Blended Turtle Latte for a "where have you been all my life" java moment. Over at Scooter's, they sure know how to make coffee right.
Great location in an area where good coffee is hard to find. The barista was very friendly. Unfortunately I found that of the 4 coffees I ordered, all four were too cold to drink.
I was so excited to learn that Scooter's was coming to the area, as it is one of my favorite drive-thru coffee shops. Unfortunately, the similarities between this franchise of the chain and the others I've visited stop at the name.
Since it's opening, I have visited this location 3 times, and each time the order was made incorrectly. The staff is always willing to serve and replaces the items if my wife and I notice at the window (but we rarely check the bag), which is why I am still giving 3 stars, however the proportions also seem very off from my previous experiences with this chain.
Some errors we have experienced during these 3 visits include: -Getting an iced drink instead of hot -Getting the wrong flavor drink -Paying for but not receiving extra shots of espresso -Getting the wrong sandwhich -Getting the right sandwhich with the wrong meat -Getting the right sandwhich missing the meat entirely -Getting the wrong size drink
Despite the problems, I still love Scooter's and I sincerely believe this is just temporary as the employees and management get some time under their belt. Until then, buyer beware - triple check your order before you leave the window.
Bagels but no cream cheese?? They made it into a sandwich that was ok except the bagel was hard and chewy. also I don't particularly care for their coffee. I'd say it's just me but my coworker agreed it makes your stomach hurt.
I ordered a sugar-free hot latte (type 1 diabetic). The latte I got was so god-awful sweet that I couldn't drink it. It makes me wonder if it was, in fact, sugar free. On top of that, they short changed me.
The hot chocolate was Luke warm and had no flavor. Plus, if you have allergies don't get a breakfast sandwich. They won't take off the egg and cheese. The excuse is "the cooking times", dumbest excuse I've ever heard.
