A true gem in Arkansas!!! Their salads are the best, I prefer the smoky raspberry salad. Their daily soups are always great. And the hot/cold sandwiches are always fresh. It’s hard not to come home with a box of muffins, scones, cookies, or other baked treats when leaving either.

My wife had seen this Mill and Cafe on a previous trip through the area and was dying to eat here. It did not disappoint! The building is beautiful inside and out. There are so many awesome choices on the menu that we will have to make several trips to try more menu items. I got the woo pig sandwich that was made with bacon and ham and served with kettle chips. My wife, the chicken salad connoisseur, got the chicken salad sandwich also served with chips. For dessert we had the peanut butter iced chocolate cake. It was awesome. We can't wait to return.

It's always delicious. I've gone here several times. I tend to forget to take pictures. Muffaletta is good here. My husband encouraged me to tell the Google world he really enjoys it. (Write your own review Brody...😜)They have daily specials I believe. I don't go everyday so maybe it's a weekly special. The dessert choices are MANY! Again, the picture thing. Wish I would have taken photos while I was there. Really I should every time I go. I have failed you all. 🤔😆😜
FYI... You can build your own sandwich for $8. If you can build your own sandwich for $8, why in the world would anyone choose fast food? Fast food is so expensive these days and definitely not good for us. So, let's make good choices here. Choose this place. Delicious. Good for you. Coffee. Smoothies. Teas. Glass bottle fizzy drinks. Cookies. Muffins. Cakes. Pies. Mountain spring water. Scones. Salads. Soups. Great toppings for your salads. Great dressings. Little coffee cups and coffee for home. Fresh tasting food. TREAT YO SELF.

So glad we stopped to get dinner to go! My husband got the French dip which he and my picky son absolutely loved! I got the potato soup and it did not disappoint. We all shared a piece of Italian cream cake that was delicious. I can't wait to go back! Our service was great.

Always fast service plus undeniably fresh, great tasting and nutritious food... their baked goods are scrumptious, to say the least! Our favorite stop in Harrison, AR, while traveling hwy 65...

The woo pig sandwich was great. The bacon potato soup is solid. Highly recommend both.
As for the french dip - hard pass. It has 0 flavor. It’s as if you worked to remove the taste somehow. Even the au jus was bland.

My husband wanted to order pies for me for mother's day this year. So, he ordered a coconut and pecan pie from this bakery. The pies were ok. The flavors were mild(not there) and the pie crusts were bland. So this was extremely disappointing. The pies were way overpriced in my opinion as well.

Wonderful place to stop on your way to Eureka Springs or Branson. Very tasty sandwiches and a large selection of soup. The desserts are amazing.
Don’t forget the bakery, make sure you stock up on your bread and grab a cinnamon roll while your at it!!! Highly recommend!

Staff is rude and pretentious. They really don't care if you're happy or not. There was no ice in the machine, had to ask twice before anyone filled it. The self serve coffees were empty. The only one that had any coffee was cold. The tea was empty. Myself and one other customer were waiting for refills, finally gave up. Staff is too busy talking with each other to acknowledge there's a problem.. By the time they got around to it we were finished eating. I noticed they had a nice carrot cake on display with only a few slices out of it, so I figured it was fresh and decided to order a piece. The girl at the counter was busy chatting with a friend but finally the friend noticed I was trying to order and she stepped back. I ordered the cake and another girl went to the back and brought out a slice with a big hunk missing from the top. I said it looks like someone took a bite from this piece. She didn't say anything. I felt the plate and it was ice cold. It obviously had been frozen . I asked if they had another piece and they said , "No, that's the last piece of carrot cake." So , I told her to keep it. I'm looking at a fresh carrot cake right in front of me! And, I was told they didn't have anymore????? I won't go back here again. There's better places with much better service. Lilly Hobbs is just a few miles up the road. Update: I've gone back several times and they have corrected the problems. Food is always good and the staff is helpful and courteous. I'm changing this review to 5 stars. Kudos to the owners.

The muffaletta sandwich has become a favorite. The woo pig sooie is another favorite as well. My son recommended the French dip but I haven't been able to try that one yet. Kind and courteous staff. Clean restrooms and clean eating area. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Thier pies and muffins are outstanding as well. So many options to choose from.
