Staff extremely professional and kind. I really appreciated their quick service. That being said my wife could not get past 3 sips of her Caramel Iced Coffee. I ordered an ice water and it had a coffee taste to it. Will give them another chance in the future. Still a new shop.
Me and my boyfriend went to Scooter’s today to get some of those bagel sandwiches, we’ve had their coffee a few times and just aren’t big fans. We got some 7Brew before we came here, and one of the cashiers had made a face and said in a snarky tone “Do you even like our coffee? Do you think 7Brew is sweeter?” my boyfriend said that we just liked their coffee more, that’s it. The cashier then proceeded to say (still in a VERY snarky tone) “well they serve ESPRESSO not coffee,” her attitude just shocked me. I could not imagine being rude to a customer because they prefer one coffee over another. One of my sandwiches was also pretty overcooked too, or at least a lot crispier than it normally is. Which is fine, that actually didn’t bother, just something else I noticed. Overall very disappointed and will not be back again. I was just very surprised by the attitude we received, but every time I have come the coffee has been decent at best. It has never been consistent and nothing I would describe as good other than their microwaved breakfast sandwiches I can get at Walmart for half the price. Having a bad attitude will keep me from wanting to come back. This would not even be close to something I would recommend to anyone.
So I love Scooters, and the fact they're now in Fort Smith is -chefs kiss-. The people there are charismatic, friendly, and definitely don't feel like they're just trying to get you to get your coffee and go.
One of the girls was so sweet I had to give her a challenge coin with art designed by myself for Pinups for Vets... and she was so kind about that as well.
Keep up the good work, keep the girl. She's fabulous.
The price is incredibly ridiculous for the taste of the drinks we got 3 different drinks to taste and none were even OK tasting, only upside the cashier was friendly.
App order submitted @ 7:51pm & it said it would be ready @ 7:53pm (there was nothing indicating the store closed at 8pm or we wouldn't even have tried). We pulled up @ 7:58 & no one would answer the drive thru speaker, so we pulled around to the window. Several employees just looked at us until a guy come up & mouthed "we are closed" so I held up my phone indicating I had an app order. He opened the window, got the info, and looked it up. He said they DID receive the order, but they never even STARTED it because they had already cleaned all of their machines. Took my name & phone # and said the owner would contact me to initiate a refund within 24 hours. That was 5 days ago & I have not heard from anyone. Coffee is good...but customer service is SEVERELY LACKING. We left & went to Starbucks... **EDIT** Scooter's (Corporate?) contacted me, I filled-out a form, and the local Owner contacted my by phone and by email (VERY RESPONSIVE). I was given the refund and a credit on my Scooter's app account (in addition to the full refund I was owed). Very happy with the way the issue was handled once the Owner was actually notified of the problem. Changed from 1 star to 4 as the result (original experience with staff kept it from being a 5).
Actually the worst matcha latte I ever had in my life. Watery, barely taste my matcha, and just straight up throwing away material. I told them it was bad so I purchased an actual coffee which was also terrible. The ratio is just off and diluted. Paid for both drinks for it to be terrible. I would not recommend it.
Have visited twice and both times the staff was super friendly. Loved our coffees. Location could definitely be better but overall happy with service. Well be back!
I personally like Scooters . I've worked at one before so I know what to drink and how I like it. The location definitely sucks though. It makes people have to do a wide U-Turn just to get to the speaker box.
I’m a little sad because I’ve been waiting for forever but the coffee was not that good at all. Had a hand sanitizer taste to it. I appreciate it being free but it wasn’t worth waiting 30 minutes.
