I was not super impressed... My pick 2 for 2 cost almost $11, I got the BLT sandwich and a salad. The BLT was bland and flavorless. The only upside to this purchase was their Southwest Salad. Even being a half salad, it was still pretty large and had very good flavor! I will definitely give them another shot, but WAY overpriced.

Great staff and service, but not what I expected from the reviews and pictures. The pictures show soup and sandwiches in real bowls and on plates. This is just a sub shop not a restaurant. My soup and sandwich was OK.

My veggie sandwich came with few veggies and lots of disposable packaging for the trash. Pretty much a Subway.

So, I called at 2:30 a.m and ask if they're still delivering. The guy I spoke with said yes until 3. So then I place order (and a large one at that) and I pay over the phone the guy says it's gonna leave here in about 10-15 minutes. Ok so I'm waiting, waiting and waiting some more and I try and call them to see what's going on and guess what? They're closed! So I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to get cold pizza my cheese bread had no cheese! Everything is cold. Bad service, wish I had a phone call to let me know what was going on and give me a chance to cancel why on Gods green earth would anyone pay so much money for cold pizza? Anyway first and last time for everything right?

We had a rough delivery this evening and called in to share that our food had taken over an hour and showed up cold...not surprised bc the driver didn’t use a hot bag and just handed me two cold boxes.. among other issues, but the manager on duty immediately resolved the issues and sent our order out again without hesitation! She was super apologetic and made sure that I knew what had happened was not ok and wouldn’t happen again! We will definitely be ordering again!
Update- delivery girl gave our remake order to someone else after we waited ANOTHER hour and a half for this second delivery. when she brought my first order she took my $40 cash on a $27 order.....never offered change and then took off with a nice little tip. The manager Sam was nice, but I thought I had hot food on the way so I didn’t eat the cold pizza that showed up round 1. Essentially I spent $40 on cold food that I didn’t get to eat and sat in Fayetteville for another hour and a half to wait for the remake order I was promised for free that the driver took to someone else- I am sure out of pure spite at this point- very very disappointed.

Fast service and the bread was nice and toasty. The cookie was soft baked and delicious!

Good hot sandwiches on a cold day! Fast and friendly service and a great location on Dickson street.

Super food for late nite. Their thin crust pizza w fresh ingredients is not overly filling! Keeps well for cold leftovers.

New to the area, just finished unpacking and we were hungry to try something new...
The good-
Clean restaurant
Polite staff
The bad-
Pizza is horrible. Crust tastes, feels and looks like cardboard. It is overpriced for the amount of product you get.
Sandwiches are incredibly small for the price.
Service was incredibly slow. Took 20 minutes to make a salad. Yes...20 minutes from start to finish. It ended up being mostly all lettuce and spinach with barely any toppings.
Portion control is a massive priority here. To the point that it appears robotic and overly controlled. Example, they have a digital scale next to their meat slicer in plain view. They cut and measure EVERY two slices of sandwich meat. Right in front of the customers. Seriously? Who does that?
I get that this is a business and I get that means you are in the profit market but there is frugal, and there is cheap. This is cheap. This is not about paying more for quality as the food is mediocre at best.
In a previous review from another customer, they also cited prices for what you get as a negative. The answer from the owner was that they have a rewards program... So, the answer is spend more and you get a freebie or something? That is simply a way to placate the customer rather than look at the issue internally. That was my first experience and will be my last. Definitely lost out on the first and most important impression opportunity.

Excellent food for the price I got the wrong soup but honestly it's not a big deal because the soup I did get was fantastic. Had the chipotle chicken with avocado on it was pretty damn tasty, we will be ordering here pretty often now 😂.
