I used to love this place... Went there today and the guy told me amount, TOOK and (touched) my debit card, hands it back to me, then my drinks... he gave me two straws and I only needed one, so I attempted to give it back... he states “oh I can’t take it bc you touched it”! Whaaat you just touched my debit card I touched... and then you will touch the next customers drink, then their debit card... how does this make sense! Oh wait it doesn’t make sense... bc logic doesn’t exist anymore

I don't eat out for breakfast often but when I do having a pleasurable experience is nice with it being so early. Alec is who I see at the drive-thru everytime I pull through Einsteins and he is a top of the line worker! The company is lucky to have him! My order is always correct and made up to par, I would highly recommend this spot!

The cash register lady by the name of carol was the sweetest! My coworkers and I have been twice now and she was good about remembering small details and was really sweet even early in the morning!!!!! Love this place will keep going back

The Fayetteville location seems to be a lot more friendlier than the Rogers store. I finally was able to meet the owner and I see why this store strives so well. Mr. Nicholls was engaging with me plus other customers along with his employees. They also were quick to get orders out with no problems or hesitation. I recommend this location anytime you are looking for top notch service in addition to food.

The manager couldnt tell me 1 bagel that was decent! Her reply was "I dont eat meat "! Very negative environment due to her! I believe in positivity and good reverberations, but she was negative on all points!

The quality of bagels at Einstein is unlike anything I’ve had this far south. Great selection, and fantastic food. Personally recommend the Nova Lox on an everything bagel. If you like salmon you won’t be disappointed. ;)
