Arsaga's Drive-Thru

We love coffee, but we especially love a great cup of coffee. This is what we feel we get at either Arsaga's location, really great coffee with a down to earth staff that's really super friendly and helpful.

Great place and great people! I really appreciate the precautions and seriousness with which they are handling the pandemic. I have peace of mind knowing I can get a great cup of coffee while at the same time staying responsible. The coffee is not cheap, but neither am I, so no complaints!

I had a simple hot chocolate for my first time here. It wasn't hot at all, and the inside of the cup was full of hard, grainy things at the bottom. For a cup costing $4+ tip, I expect better.

I don’t drink coffee often so I don’t know what’s popular or trendy in the coffee world. A few days ago I wanted some coffee. So I drove on over to Arsaga’s drive through on MLK. Charlie was working the window that day. I told him I wanted something that was caffeine free, sugar free, and made with cream not milk. But I didn’t know what I wanted. In just a matter of moments he created heaven in a cup. My drink was perfect. His ability to take my ambiguity and turn it into the perfect coffee drink makes him a coffee magician “cofigician”. In addition to the magic he created his personality was genuine, engaging, professional and pleasant.

Oh goodness: one of the best coffee places I've been to in all my travels. Nailed both a creative menu and an incredibly classic, lovely aesthetic. Loved both the drinks I got with lavender and the cardamom coffee cake!

Best place in town to get coffee! The staff is wonderfully delightful. Incredible prices and prompt service.

Do yourself a favor and skip every other drive thru coffee place in the area. A well curated menu served by a hospitable team. Better than every other sugar shack on the street, these guys know good coffee and actually roast their own beans. A true Fayetteville staple.

Terrible Service. Decided to go for coffee this morning to start of my Sunday and was greeted by an upset snowflake that didn't get his way. My girlfriend was driving so after following the rules and having her mask on at THE DRIVE THROUGH, she was told that it wasn't on well enough and that "this isn't a joke." On top of the terrible service, they messed up our drinks, when asked to fix them, they told us that we said we wanted them iced (which we didn't) and continued to throw a tantrum for having to do their job and make a coffee. Arsaga's has gone from #1 to last place on my list. Terribly disappointed.

Shocking customer service.

Menu says: "gluten free vegan chocolate cookie."

Note: I am allergic to gluten, dairy and eggs - hence it is important that I get a cookie that is BOTH vegan and gluten free.

Here is the convo:
Me: Hello, may I please have a vegan gluten free chocolate cookie?
Manager/Supervisor: "it's vegan but I don't think it's gluten free"
Me: "Oh are you sure? I am a bit confused. The menu says it's both vegan and gluten free"
Manager/Supervisor (annoyed): "it's vegan but I don't know if it's gluten free. ActualIy, it might be gluten free too. I think it is also gluten free but I am not sure."
Me: "Is there anyway that we can check? Is there any way that we can figure it out and know for sure?"
Manager/Supervisor: "You're being very rude and I'm gonna ask you to leave."
Me (thinking this is a joke): "You are kidding, right?"
Manager/Supervisor (angry): "No, please leave. I can't do this" (as she closes the window and purposefully drops on the floor whatever was in her hands."
Me: "Ok" (and I leave)

Conclusion: Do not go to Arsagas. You will be kicked out simply for asking questions about ingredients.

The manager/supervisor should have done her best to figure out the specifics about the cookies. If there was no way for her to figure out the details, then she should have told me "I am sorry but there is no way for me to figure it out, it's out of my control."

We absolutely love the team at Arsagas! Our favorite menu items include the Cold, Cold Coin... the Yogurt & Fruit bowls and Granola Bowl! The team at Neurosize & Neuroshockmount are fans for life!
