Fruitealicious Bubble Tea & Smoothies

I was there a few days ago on a doordash pick up apparently right before I got to pick up my order the staff opened the freezer door to grab my order out and it felt all over then I walked in. The staff apologized immediately and said that they would get the order ready for me as soon as they could. Within 2 minutes or less my order was ready and I was on my way to my delivery for the customer. I walked out of the establishment and I turned around and walk back in. Reason being I have never in a very long time entered a establishment and had such an upbeat positive young crew wait on me as this staff they were super busy and an honest mistake made. My order being spilled out onto the counter and floor and yet they were positive,upbeat about it and not only did they fix it quickly but within a minute I was totally blown away by this staff these team members obviously had good upbringing and furthermore has a good management team I have never had a product from this establishment but because of my experience on a doordash I will be bringing my family here very soon to try products from this establishment on a personal level thank you to the staff you went above and beyond and totally blue all expectations away in this time of lets just call it people not wanting to work because they're getting a free check. Grown adults don't show the compassion or hard work this staff did.hats off to this staff and I will tell everybody I know this is the place to go

I worked at Fruitealicious for about 2 months in the summer to save up money for college. I was not expecting the great experience I got from my coworkers. They are honestly some of the most kind people I have ever met. I promise their costumer service is genuine and every drink is thoughtfully made to ensure satisfaction. Love & miss you, Fruitealicious Fam!

Time went: 6:00pm on a Friday. We were the only ones in the cafe.

Cashier helped us pick our order. I got the Black Sugar Bubble Tea with boba and my husband got the Strawberry Shortcake without boba. The first few sips of mine were really great! But as I kept drinking the boba felt really slimy and not chewy anymore. It seemed like the boba was over cooked because my drink had big clumps of slimy boba stuck together. I sadly couldn’t finish my drink… But my husband enjoyed his.

The place has potential but there signature drink was disappointing.

Today I ordered a drink and a brunette overweight girl who worked there was really rude to me. I gave her a tip yet she was still rude to me. I don’t like the customer service of this place. They are not professional at all

Oh my god the drinks are AMAZING🤤🤤😭😭All of them are made to perfection, great price and the customer service is wonderful!!! So worth the drive from Springdale😍

If I could afford Boba everyday, I would come here daily. My only issue is they aren’t open before I go to work at school. If you don’t like tea, try a lemonade or strawberry with popping boba! Simply delicious!

Awesome drink, definitely recommend the place. They have drive through and based on the time there maybe long line, but worth the wait though. Our favorite is the black sugar Boba tea.

I got the Jasmine green tea with strawberry and yogurt bubbles. Pretty tasty! Definitely getting mango next! Friendly and fast service. Will be back. :)

I went in here for the first time yesterday. The place is super clean and looks very nice. The menu is easy to understand. I was not able to catch her name but the girl at register was so very sweet and attentive. She was more than happy to help with my questions and was very informative about the menu. Then we struck up a convo about true crime and had a nice chat. She definitely deserves a raise! You can tell as soon as you walk in she loves her job and her customers. It was a very lovely experience and I will definitely be back!
