Airship Coffee at Coler

Nice place, but the hot chocolate on a cold day was not hot ☹️

Loved the espresso and the tacos were awesome. The staff really seemed to enjoy working there. They were friendly, helpful, and joyful. We spilled an ice Latte and without a word they made a new one. Can't say enough good things about this place!

So cool! We walked a mile in to get to this lovely spot. Great coffee and food and fantastic views. So relaxing.

I am just amazed at the quality of bike paths. I say paths because a trail is something we followed as a kid and rocky, uneven dirt trail. These are concrete with a coming and going side to them.
This Airship is back I the woods. I did not expect to see a real eatery/coffee shop on the trail. Very modern design. Love the very oversized porch swings and the old refurbished barns nearby. Loved the drinks and scones.
EDIT: Ok so why 4 stars. Yes I would have given a 5 star review but the day we went, the kitchen was mostly shut down and and all they had were drinks and a few pastries. Based on the menu, we had intended to eat there. So based on that I put 4 Stars. No where did we find that on that day they would have a limited menu. So don't let the 4 Stars scare you. It is still a very nice place.

Seemed like half of the city was there! Efficient employees. Not impressed with the brisket taco. $$$ meat and pico was delicious. Corn tortilla is not cooked. Had to eat with a fork. Nice respite before the walk back.

hard to disconnect now a days with zoom meetings 24/7 and the expectations of modern life. It easier to connect to whoever you go to coler with cause your phone won’t ring and email don’t come it. The coffee is great, and the coffee cake is to DIE for!! The best place to get away and enjoy a moment of pause

Great coffee, great locations, and great service. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re a coffee lover. My Cortado was extraordinary. The iced honey lavender latte was tasty but a bit on the sweet side for my taste. I’d ask for them to go easy on the syrup unless you really like your coffee fairly sweet.

Hidden gem! The concept is really cool and I hope they do more with the area. Coffee and food are both great as well as the atmosphere. Great place to take the kids out for a walk and bring a picnic by the creek.
