Today was my first time ever and I wanted to check out what the commotion was about. First off, I want to mention this place has a very positive vibe. It's clean and cute, the exact thing Yuma needs. They have a wide variety of bagels to choose from, anything from plain to specialty bagels. Choose from breakfast or lunch bagel options. I chose a South of Border breakfast bagel (egg, chorizo, and jalapeño spread on a plain bagel) with a jalapeño lemonade. I was thoroughly impressed by the flavor combination of the bagel. The jalapeño lemonade was zesty, peppy, spicy, and thirst-quenching. I will absolutely go back to try their other menu options. Service was quick and fantastic. Please give these folks a try, you won't be disappointed.

Food is great, customer service not so much. Used to be great and was a big fan. However past two times I have been my order has been wrong both times forgetting main parts of the sandwich. First time ordered an egg and cheese bagel to get home and discover there was no egg, no big deal didn’t worry about it. Second time ordered the club got home and there was no turkey,ham, or bacon.Just veggies and cheese. Not wanting to make the 20 minute drive back. Went back today explained what happened and asked if I could get another. Was told no and to bring it in next time so they could make it right. Sorry but not driving 20 minutes just for you guys to correct what shouldn’t have even been forgotten at your convenience. Really a shame when this place first opened loved it and usually go here 1-2 times a week, but customer service has greatly declined and quality of ingredients other than the bagels is low compared to mostly muffins. Will be taking my business elsewhere!

I had The Rise bagel. It was very delicious. Didn't fill me up enough so I also got the french toast bagel with strawberry spread.

Luckily the bagel was decent otherwise one star. The girl was rude right off top, the plain coffee was empty and I told her and she said you can use the other one. I said I wanted plain and she said it’s what we are famous for. So I just poured it and left.

Beautiful shop, clean, with friendly workers. Ordered the assorted half dozen bagels with the garlic and herb cream cheese and a ham and swiss on their croissant. The croissant sandwich was nicely toasted with an egg and just melted cheese. With the bagels, I did try the multi grain and was a little disappointed that it was smaller than the other bagels. Other than that, the bagel had a great taste and the garlic and herb spread went really well with it.

Not really a bagel guy but went with my wife and was not for me. I ordered a breakfast sausage egg bagel and didnt really like the taste of the sausage. My wife enjoyed her bagel and i saw alot of people waiting for their food so I am sure if you like bagels then you will love this place.
