Jack in the Box

For the 4th time, the regular fries that I ordered were a mixture mixture of curly and regular and they were not nearly fresh. I have called and complained in the past but it appears nothing is being done to correct this.

The service is good and the employees are nice.
It does get busy at lunch time. So be patient.
I go to this Jack in the Box in spite of the extremely RUDE SERVICE AT THE FOOTHILLS JACK IN THE BOX.

I only go to this jack in box and my kids love your restaurant, sorry for bad review, now knowing it's a priority to you on how the restaurant's quality means too you, this jack in the box will still be the only one I go to.

I recommend the jacks spick chicken combo I think it's delicious without the cheese though it's just better. And their fast and friendly which is always a plus

Had a large order . 97% of the order was great. One of the burgers had cheese . Wasn’t supposed have . I may of not said to take it off. Either way the food had great taste . Customer service was great ! Not a long wait for the order of 9 menu meals . Placed orders , filled drinks , sat for 5 minutes . Back on the road . Thanks, Jack in the Box .

Listen to your costumers order don’t assume!! When we ask fresh we don’t mind waiting! & also have customer service be more friendly! By the way replying to the feedback show more personal care for your customer and make it better by offering a personal resolution Not “hope you have a better experience next time” What the $&8!
