Fantastic service. The coffee, both beans and brewed, is simply the highest of quality you'll find in Tucson. Prices of beans range from very affordable to extremely expensive (super rare beans). Anyone who loves coffee no matter their budget will be well served here. Very knowledgeable staff, and many different locations throughout town as well.

After years of having poor to adequate iced coffee I found a place that has great cold brew. Best coffee with ice I've ever had. Worth the price considering what the competition is offering. Can't wait to try something else there. Loved the feel of the place as well. Nice work!

I never had tried a mocha on ice, but the nicest barista recommended it today since we're going to be in the triple digits, and it is wonderful! It will be my new hot day go to. Had it dairy free with oat milk which is both light and creamy. Great way to start this long weekend! Thanks to Savaya for opening this Tanque Verde location and hiring happy people.

I love the simplicity of the set up. The atmosphere is great: unique wood countertop, quirky menu, friendly staff. I really appreciate the unique flavors of each coffee, not just slightly burnt or extra burnt. Spent many hours already at this newer location, great for focusing on work or catching up with friends.

First and foremost - They are handling the Pandemic guidelines to the best of their abilities, consistently no less, and that's far more than most businesses in town, small or large/corporate.
The coffee = incredible. There are lots of small, independent and amazing roasters in town, but their coffee usually falls in the 50/50 range for me (half origin of the beans/ half the identifiable flavor of that roaster). Savaya is more 80% origin / 20% just right on the identifiable Savaya specific flavors.
Just get some, that's what I'm trying to say long winded.

Excellent charming little coffee shop with passionate roasters. I often get rolled eyes when I want to talk about specifics of coffee brewing at shops by the university but the barista here shared my passion of coffee and indulged in some conversation with me. Any negative reviews complaining about the price don’t understand the economics of coffee Especially for roasters connected to a shop. Without the premium I’m paying I wouldn’t be able to get the coffee I’m looking for And every once in a while it goes down. This place puts Lucé and Tucson Coffee Roasters to shame. Respect the beans ,so much work goes into to growing brewing and serving them to give you the unique comfort of an excellent cup of coffee one of life’s true pleasures

As a trained coffee roaster I am delighted to find this place and have never been disappointed in the roasting quality. Service is excellent and it is an open nice place to sit either inside or outside

I really enjoyed the experience at this location. Getting to see all of the coffee making equipment was interesting. The person working the counter was new but very knowledgeable and helped us find coffee roasts we would enjoy. We had French Press coffees and they were both very good.

Let us talk about Savaya and their coffee. I drink coffee, no......I live off coffee. I consume an average of 6 cups a day to my doctors chagrin, and I like it strong and black so that I can taste it. Not many shops cater to my extreme tastes, but Savaya gets it. I tried the science 4 times diluted cold brew coffee, originating in Ethiopia. It was amazing. Bitter, fruity, almost oaken at times, this black brew is bright with taste and discovery. It is now my death bed brew. There is one thing that Savaya needs to do, and that is make a menu that makes sense to humans. After they achieve that, I might not get coffee anywhere else. It is that good. It is also STRONG! WOW! STRONG! (had to say that twice) Go try this place out, you will have a interesting experience at worst, and a enlightenment at best.

It's a really quaint place, with brightly colored walls (I particularly like the painted leaves wall), giant bags of coffee beans, and a rustic/ contemporary decor. I tried an iced breve latte with a vanilla shot. I didn't have a problem tasting the coffee! Great job! 🙌🤗
