Exo Roast Co

I bought an iced Monsoon Mocha for about 5.50. It's delicious, but my favorite thing about Exo is actually the calm atmosphere. The music is never too loud, the a/c isn't too hot or too cold, the couches are comfy but won't drown you, and the people a nice but won't bug you. This is my go to place in the downtown area to escape the heat, especially during the summer.

You will be supporting a local business that employs great staff and has plenty of comfortable seating.

I highly recommend getting a oat milk latte (even if you are not a vegan. Just try it.)

Absurdly expensive coffee +compared to other local coffee shops: Luce, cartel, etc) and food. I got the whisky town and it looked like something I'd make while camping and was not filling at all. That being said, both the coffee and food did taste good, although it should be better for the price, and the atmosphere is excellent.

I'd never been to Exo, I heard about the place through meeting a friend. The inside of the building was nice, when I walked in I saw the bar/restaurant side and they directed me that they were closed until 6pm but I could check out the tea/coffee area. The tall thin, white female barista that helped me was very rude, I stood at the counter for 20 minutes before someone acknowledged me and when she came to the area she didn't say hello and continued doing the tasks she was doing. There's nicer local coffee shops with kinder more professional customer service.

Great coffee, great staff. This is one of the two or three best coffee places in Tucson, and my most regular morning stop. Give it a try -- especially if you like pour-over coffee, but also if you are an espresso drink aficionado.

I love their take out set up here during the pandemic. And the fact that staff wear masks and gloves, unlike some other coffee establishments. My favorite here right now is their iced latte. I also appreciate being able to buy monsoon chocolate and desert provisions here.

Interesting spot for sure worth trying! EXTREMELY knowledgeable staff. A little on the reserved side for a night out, but a great experience.

Diverse and delicious coffee menu in beautiful settings

Simply well roasted coffee, served by people who love to offer you a well done cup of fine coffee. You are not trounced on by an over eager barista with a well prepared greeting. Don't come in a rush to leave in a rush, it may take a few minutes more to serve everyone, but it's worth the wait, and a nice place to have a friendly chat in line. The pastries are just right, not fancy but good.
