Coffee X Change

I don't know why people are giving 5 stars but whatever. I call ahead for an order this AM and they didn't even start it until I got there. I was late for work. They could have said something like "order on line" or give us your debit number - I can understand why they wouldn't want to make an order for a possible no show. Being called "Hon" and " Honey" is seriously annoying, I don't even know your name "Babe" so no reason to call me "Hon" Dear. The customer service has lots of improvement to make, the food is okay .

This place is so much more than just a coffee shop. They have amazing food, pastries and of course, coffee! The same gentleman has helped me every time at the drive thru and he is so friendly and knowledgeable on their menu. I'm so happy we gave this place a chance and have made it our new go to for food on the go and delicious drinks!

Poor service. I’m a proud local that enjoys spending my hard earned money at local spots and coffee exchange was one of them until they showed their true colors. I ordered a 9$ breakfast burrito that was soggy on the spot. The description stated it included hash browns in it. There was not a single shred of potato in it and when I called because I was under the impression I received the wrong order; the guy who took my order assured me it had potatoes in it when it clearly did not. Instead it had mushrooms, onions, bell peepers and spinach, on top of it being super soggy and not edible. He didn’t apologize or offer to make me another at a later time. Plainly trying to make me feel bad or ashamed for calling and complaining about the food I received. I’ve read a few other reviews on another site with customers with similar situations. Money hungry and not a care in the world for good customer service.

Always can count on this place for good vibes, good food, and great coffee! Johnathan always strives for perfection and he delivers every time! His staff is always welcoming with bright smiles and dont mind helping when I have questions, have a been a customer for years and don’t plan to ever stop! Great local business to support!!

Super delicious food! Extra friendly staff. Was lost locating this gem but glad I persisted! Food was ready & hot to go. Definitely will be back ❤️🌻

I really want to like this place, but any place that gouges $2 for almond milk in an already overpriced drink gets 2 thumbs down. Yes, I'm talking $7 for a basic cold brew coffee - I wish I was kidding.

If you want to pay $9+ for a tuna fish sandwich and a handful of chips while being surrounded by snobby geriatrics, this is your place.

It was fine, I got a blended horchata drink which was $8, before tip. Quite expensive for the area, especially considering the drink was nothing special.

Environment is okay but again, just a pretty run-of-the-mill cafe.

I've been there twice now with someone else. Therefore I tasted four drinks and four different appetizers. All of these were great. The atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for chit chat. The staff is very friendly and professional. They also displayed local artists which makes the visit interesting and more enjoyable. The last time I was there I had a frozen drink. Very yummy...as was the Texas Breakfast. It was a grilled cheese sandwich with a fried egg and thick crispy bacon. I can't wait to go back!
