As I rushed across town right now to get to cartel coffee lab before they closed I arrive 15 minutes before closing and she told me she already cleaned everything up and I could just have a pour-over.
WTH you still have 15mins!!!!
I have been the biggest fan of cartel coffee lab.I go to Tempe Phoenix Campbell and Broadway location.
Needless to say she would not make me a latte to go with 15 minutes remaining before It closes.

Oof. The barista was in a bad mood and it felt awkward asking her to correct our order. I ordered a 16 Oz Chai and she gave me an 8 Oz. She then poured the 8 Oz into a 16 Oz cup and it overflowed the larger cup. Which means the 16 Oz are misleading but more expensive. We also had pastries which were cold and she gave us the wrong pastry and then argued that we misremembered our order. The only good news is the chai was good.

Staff is so nice that it almost makes up for how awful the coffee is. I keep trying new things, thinking it's just what I ordered but each new item is worse. How is it possible to make cold brew so bad?

I would definitely not recommend this spot as a place to pick up coffee to go. For almost $4 just for their drip, I believe it must be the atmosphere you're paying for. Visiting from Seattle, I can't say the coffee is for all coffee drinkers, either. The light, acidic roast was difficult for us to finish.

Good espresso! I loved the roast. It was a quiet atmosphere and looked like a good place to to work. My only critique would be that the chairs are a little worn and needing an update.

The iced coffee was nothing to write home about. Extremely limited food options. Got the bfast burrito & i will be sticking to Diego’s or Nico’s lol twas terrible

Such a good place to sit down for a while and enjoy a great cup of coffee. They offer many freshly roasted coffees and several methods of brewing. Along with good eats (including wood fired pizza!), and teas. If you're in the area, you won't regret coming here.

Loooove the Cowboy chocolate chip cookie!!! It was beyond amazing. I ordered an iced mocha with almond milk and it was so delicious. My friend had a hot mocha amd it was delicious as well. My new favorite coffee place. Ambient very subtle and relaxing. Service good too. Nothing really to complain or to dislike about this place.

My friends invited me here to have breakfast, but all they have are small baked foods. Not many options, as for non coffee drinkers, not that I would have gone on my own, but being invited not many options. seats are uncomfortable and what they had was very expensive. I won't return.

If you like coffee I guess you might like it?
