Tubac Deli & Coffee Co

This place was the only food establishment open in Tubac during the summer when we stopped by. The coffee was good, the pastry flavorful and delicious. However, the place could use a good cleaning - the tables and counters were greasy.

No salsa, which is odd especially this close to the border. pastries we tried were under baked with minimal flavor. $9.75 for a large juice is pretty high priced.

"Too busy for the employees to keep up?" ...with cleaniness. Luke warm coffee. I watched the guy serve latte's over and over and never once wiped the steamer - apperatuse on the machine!?! And I was in line for a while. I suppose it wasn't bad enough for me nOt to buy the last brownie, lmao.. but really, the whole place could use a wipe down.

Second time here and both times I felt really bad for buying food and drinks because the cashier made it seem like I was really inconveniencing her. The food took forever and they said they wouldn’t bring it to you if you were sitting outside. Also the dude working in the kitchen was only wearing his mask some of the time. Just kind of a negative feeling place.

Get sandwichs and great service. Deli style ordering. Seating inside and outside. Nice noon stop.

The sandwich was fresh and outstanding. The service was charming. The restaurant is clean and lovely. We enjoyed sitting outside.

Menu makes it sound like you're getting something very fresh and healthy. Reality canned pineapple canned turkey flavorless and salad from a bag. Dried roasted cashews. Very dull meal. Would never come back here again
