Very nice people. Great AC especially for the spring. Was surprised they ran it with the doors and windows wide open. Bathroom was excellent 10/10.

Drinks are well made and presentation is excellent, but pricey. I am more about quantity over quality when it comes to, essentially, flavored sugar water. My purpose in going to a tea/coffee house is for work or conversation and the music was a distraction. I prefer quiet establishments, which biases my ratings. I could easily see someone else giving 5/5 if this did not matter, and if price was not a concern. There is a 15% discount for faculty and students, however.

Overall, would definitely recommend for a casual conversation, but not for work.

Incredible find! LOVE the cold brew on tap as well as the tea selection. Friendly/helpful staff willing to educate you on the menu. Super laid back vibe with fresh & beautifully prepared food. This place is great for the gamut of coffee drinkers from casual - super snob - they do not disappoint! Will definitely be back soon!

I loved the coffee from this place, but it was so hard to find a place to sit inside! I definitely went during a busy time though, but the inside was just a bit small. Service and coffee were good. I would go here again (perhaps at a less busy time).

I was honestly unimpressed with my experience here. The staff were slightly condescending and rude when I came up to order and asked questions about the menu. The coffee was okay, definitely better than anything you’d get at Starbucks, but it wasn’t worth the price. The atmosphere is nice if you want to study or relax and it’s really cool that you can see the coffee roasted there onsite. If you’re looking for good coffee and friendly service, I’d recommend press coffee. However if you prefer a larger place with a nice atmosphere, infusion is good for that.

Professional staff, great atmosphere, Best coffee!

I've only been here twice, both times just to fill my growler with cold brew coffee to go, but this place seems like a hidden gem. Super friendly staff, great coffee shop environment that's hip but not over-the-top hipster, and the cold brew is great! If you're interested in filling a growler, bring your own because they don't sell the growlers themselves. I plan on returning to try something other than the cold brew and spend some time hanging out/studying.

An amazing coffee house! My wife and I had breakfast and coffee there two days in a row during our stay in Tempe. I was overall impressed with the selection of coffee and professionalism of the staff.

The music they had playing was AMAZING!!! I love indie alternative rock and I learned of a few new bands thanks to this coffee house! The second day we went the music was different, they were playing well known classics enjoyed by millions of people.

The place was never empty and I observed a lot of college kids doing homework there. Most likely because the atmosphere was really chill. I remember those days when I was in college. Sometimes you just need a chill place to think and Infusion Coffee & Tea is one of those places for sure.

First time to visit this coffee shop. Amazing ambience. Not noisy at all. They have tables set up in the patio. It's amazing to enjoy coffee and the sunset in a peaceful setting.
