Cafetal Coffee

It's always clean and the staff is friendly. You'll get acknowledged with a warm welcome as soon as you enter. Their coffee comes from their family's farm in Columbia and it's delicious! I personally think they have the best dirty chai. And give their food a try... I promise you won't be disappointed!

As a student or as a full-time worker, Cafetal is a great place for a morning pick-me-up. They are always so friendly and their coffee is a great local alternative for your caffeinated needs. 10/10.

Best cortado I’ve had anywhere near the valley.
All the coffee comes from the owners family coffee farm in Columbia where it’s responsibly farmed. They actually go back to help once a year.
Sabastian is the son who grew up in the farm and moved here. He is very personable and calming to talk to.

Barista tried to sass me when I asked for the half and half. Not everything is a personal attack just because I said I preferred to pour it in myself - it's not an attack of your barista skills. Exhausting.

Love the atmosphere, everyone is very nice. Also the coffee is authentic. I would recommend to anyone. Should you be in Tempe, stop in and grab yourself a cup of java and relax. Girls keep doing what you do, and you will see me again. Thank you.

If you want a latte served at room temperature and wait 15 mins for it to be made when there is only one other customer there. This is your spot.

One of my favorite places in Tempe to get espresso or espresso based drinks. Empanadas are pretty dang good too and we love the music there.
