They had a great breakfast menu! Was our favorite breakfast place, but sadly they are no longer open for breakfast. Now open at 10 am and changed their breakfast menu to a slim brunch menu, eliminating our breakfast favorites. Hopefully they will come to realize their mistake in time, and we'll get our favorite breakfast place back.

Stopped here for a bite while driving back to Phoenix (from Pinetop). It's a cute place and had friendly staff. You order and pay at the counter and then they bring your food to you at the table. Unfortunately my friends eggs were undercooked and I ordered crisp bacon and it wasn't quite as crisp as I would have liked, but it was still good. The coffee and bread were very good also. Overall, a good breakfast, would return and recommend.

Tempted to grab some fast food before heading back to the valley, we opted instead to try out Persnikkity's cafe. It's one of our better decisions. The cafe has a nice charm and feel to it. The staff are pleasant and accommodating to young children. There's even a small corner where kids can color and craft.
I tried out the Big Hawaii with double the meat and was blown away at the quality. From the meat, to the bun, to the Korean BBQ sauce, all was excellent. The sweet potato fries are crisp and well seasoned.
My wife commented on the quality of her Twisted Philly sandwich and the kids gobbled up the chicken strips and parmesan fries.
We'll definitely be back.

Great location, ambiance and friendly staff. The food was delicious! The chorizo burrito was perfectly seasoned, the hashbrowns perfectly cooked, and the creamy Sriracha all went together supremely well.
The biscuits with the biscuits and gravy were light and fluffy and perfectly cooked, the gravy had amazing flavor. If I were to change anything with the gravy I would have added sausage to it.
The breakfast bowl was flavorful and colorful with avocado, spinach, grape tomatoes, and more! A really well-thought-out menu with great seasonings makes this place a must visit!

Cute cafe on the way to petrified forest national park! Eclectic menu, great desserts, and the best staff!!! The tastiest Baja black bean burger ever!! Must try with apple coleslaw!

While visiting Show Low we stopped here for breakfast. Oh my gosh, it was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Best biscuits and gravy in town, wife had a omelette she said was delicious. Now I went and they don't do breakfast anymore. Guess I'll have to find a new place

Persnikkity's Cafe is one of my favorite eateries on the mountain!
I have been coming to this dining establishment for several years now, I am a huge fan of mom-and-pop restaurants; especially one that are primarily breakfast and lunch.
This establishment has also become a favorite for my work's "company sponsored" lunches or annual reviews. Every time we visit, even during a rush period, we are greeted with kindness and a smile. Our table is always clean and properly stocked, if our table happens to be missing something we receive that item promptly.
During our company sponsored lunches, we will eat our meal and then occupy a table for upwards of a few hours. Despite this, we are taken care of no differently than any other customer. Our plates are cleared, to-go boxes are offered, our beverages are refilled; all in a regular amount of time. The employee's attitudes are always cordial.
Recently, we were *that* customer, came in an hour before close and stayed some time after the restaurant closed. Even though, the establishment was closing up, we were still treated with respect. As if us staying late was no inconvenience at all.
The only con I have for this restaurant is seating is limited, so be patient if you come during peak hours.
Thank you Persnikkity's Cafe and staff for continued amazing food and customer service.
