Such a fun space with wonderful food and friendly staff!
Found this restaurant by chance after typing “Sedona restaurants vegan” into google maps and it being in the same shopping plaza we needed to stop at.
Their pinsa (Roman pizza) is supposed to be easy to digest, Keto, gluten and celiac friendly, plus it’s mostly organic (which I love). You can definitely taste the quality and passion that goes into their food.
The menu has a great selection, including vegan options. They even have a coffee bar and offer alcoholic options, including digestifs.
Inside is bright and has a very fun feature wall. Outside has tables with umbrellas so you can enjoy your food and the great weather.
“Food is our love language” was on one of the t-shirts they sold there and I couldn’t agree more.
We will definitely be back, as we enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

What a great find! Dog friendly cafe that is offering vegan - organic food, tonic coffees - espresso, teas, wine etc The staff is into the alchemy of food and their motto is "food is our love language". Lots of outdoor seating in the front with shade and sun options. I had my first goat milk cappuccino and a phenomenal tasting avocado flat bread with an incredibly great tasting infused olive oil ,,, Bellissimo! The owner and staff love engaging and sharing the alchemy of their creations. Organic may cost a little more but when you understand nutrient density / energy (love) in alchemy with your body, you will move that way every time.

This place is so accommodating to vegans! Incredibly fresh and quality ingredients, the best gluten-free vegan pizza I’ve had in so long! The manager made us a special dessert, decadent vegan Hazelnut chocolate with strawberries on a piece of gluten-free dough! Delicious 🤤

WOW!!! Amazing pizza. My diet is gluten-free and my body LOVED this crust. No reactions. So fresh. So quick. And best Italian music. I felt like I was traveling back in Italy.

Absolutely fantastic in every way, this is honestly one of my favorite spots in Sedona. Stopping into Vespa for breakfast, lunch or dinner always puts a smile on my face. If you're going in for breakfast, I recommend a toasted matcha latte with one of their croissants stuffed with the cannoli filling, an excellent start to any day. If you're visiting in the evening, they've got a couple's night special on Monday and Tuesday where you can get some drinks and food at a fantastic price point. One of my favorite things to do though is stop in around mid-afternoon to get a Contadina flat bread pizza and a latte for lunch, it's still breathtaking every time I have this meal! If you're feeling kinda down, stop in for some Tiramisu, it's sure to cheer you up! I can't state it enough, this place is amazing, great food, everyone working there is wonderful and I think I can say this with confidence that a visit to Sedona is not complete without coming to Vespa!

Service was quick and friendly, even offered a free espresso while waiting when I arrived early for my pickup order. Food was absolutely amazing - the first time I've ever enjoyed something enough to write a review. Normally I don't like tomatoes, I just tolerate them, but I wanted even more of these - and the pesto was delicious! Will recommend to anyone I know visiting Sedona.

VESPA gets Infinity Stars to the sky (beyond the high 5 star rating)!!! I enjoyed the Contadina Signature Pinsa, which had Whole Milk Mozzarella, Parmigiano, Italian sausage, Mushroom, and Arugula. My husband devoured the delicious Diavoletta Signature Pinsa with Organic Tomato Sauce, Soppressata, Whole milk mozzarella, and Chili flakes . We tried each other's Pinsas and couldn't decide which one was better. They both win top class. They also have a wide variety of drinks to enjoy.
Pinsas are in a unique class of their own and cannot be compared to the typical everyday pizza. Enjoying a Pinsa at Vespa is an experience that everyone should have when they visit or live in Sedona.
The ingredients are of the highest quality in freshness, taste, and health. Each bite was not only beyond delicious but also very healthy with guilt-free pleasure. Who would've thought I could fully nourish by body with HEALTHY Pinsa. It had a nice light and crispy crust and was bubbly soft throughout giving it a delightful texture. Each topping was very bright, colorful, and bursting with amazing flavor. After eating my pinsa, I felt light, energetic, nourished, and fully satisfied.
The prices are very competitive. The pinsas are made hot and in great timing with little wait. The atmosphere is so fun and cheerful with such warm, welcoming, and respectful staff.
VESPA also has panini style sandwiches served with a small side salad or fruit, breakfast items, and salads. Their desserts look mouthwatering too! We live in Sedona and much of the menu items at VESPA we haven't seen in other places in Sedona, so that's a big plus for creativity!
I really like that they have an Espresso Bar that also includes cappuccinos, lattes, marocchinos, macchiatos, americanos, and shakeratos. And they also have coffee alternatives like hot chocolate. The Dandelion Latte and Genmaicha (a unique Japanese Green Tea) sound great too.
And they even have alternative milks including really creamy Oat milk and traditional Almond Milk. This is the first time I saw Goat Milk, which has a high protein content, and was pleasantly surprised. And they also have Grassfed Whole Milk. And at an additional cost, you can add what I like to call Powerhouse dietary supplements including Reishi, Lion's Man, Cordyceps, or Chaga. I also like that for your sweeteners, you can add Honey, Agave, Maple Syrup, or Cane Sugar instead of the heavily processed and refined sugars, which we avoid.
I'll definitely go back and try the other tempting items on their menu!
The menu items looks like what you would find in a true Italian cafe that takes NUTRITIOUS and DELICIOUS to a whole new level of Food Awareness and Consciousness!!!

I absolutely love this place! My new fav spot in Sedona! I love that the crust is gluten friendly, has a delish fluffy and crunchy crust! The spinach salad was very fresh and tasty as well, loved the dressing. The dessert was so good and light. Also organic vegetables when possible! The owner and staff are very friendly. Looking forward to trying more menu items! Highly recommend!
