I dined her yesterday morning while in Sedona meeting a friend who was in town from Temecula, Ca. She suggested this cafe since she was staying in town and it was right by her hotel.
After ordering drinks, my friend was brought a coffee, which has TRASH inside of the cup. We pointed this out the waitress, who became rude and made another waiter bring my friend another cup of coffee. They wisked the cup away before allowing me to get a picture/video of the issue so I could show the manager, who we also asked to speak with and never came to the table.
When we went to order food, the waitress again became irritated because my friend asked for 5 mins longer to get her order, since she hasn’t had a chance while gathering everyone else’s order. When she came back and asked my friend what kind of toast she wanted, she began to treat her disrespectfully because my friend whom is originally from Ukraine/Russia was not familiar with the toast options, and said she would like regular toast (she was offered options such as Rye, 9 grain, Sour Dough, all of which my friend was not familiar).
When the food arrives, my other friend found a hair in her home fries.
After all this was brought to the waitress’ attention we were charged an automatic gratuity of 20%, charged for the coffee which had someone else’s trash in it, and no manager ever came to our table to speak with us.
Extremely terrible service. Waitress should not receive said tip, as this only enables future bad service and treatment of customers.

If I could give zero stars I would! Very unsanitary practices. My friend had a cup of coffee in a filthy cup that had trash in the bottom of it someone had left their packet of sweetener in it and they served to her without cleaning the cup. Then when my food came there was a long hair in my home fries. Made me lose my appetite. Their service was the worse service I have ever had at a restaurant. We had about 3 different servers and they were all rude, one kept rolling her eyes at all of our requests even the request to have a clean coffee with no trash. Never apologized for anything! One male server had a gross bandage on his face that could of fallen in to anything. When taking our order the waitress who kept rolling her eyes got annoyed cause she was asked to come back after we had more time to look over the menu and then didn't return sent a different waitress. I feel they treated us so bad because we were not from town and because our friends had an accent. This place needs to realize that 90 percent of their economy comes from tourism. Also when someone does not want to tip because of the lack of service you don't charge their card with a tip after they leave,
that is THEFT AND ILLEGAL!!! Will never eat here again.

While in Sedona on a little staycation, we randomly found this place for breakfast and I am so glad that I did! The wait wasn’t terribly long. The staff was friendly and on top of everything! I ordered a three cheese omelet with bacon and avocado with a side of black beans! The black beans were probably the best black beans I’ve ever had...anywhere! Perfect amount of spice and flavor.
My boyfriend ordered the traditional breakfast with hash browns, bacon, eggs and sourdough toast. Also very tasty and he cleaned his plate with no problem. (Also lots of coffee, we had so much coffee)
We actually ate here a second time before we left Sedona and it was just as amazing as the first time!

Great breakfast, wonderful service!
We brought the cinnamon roll home and still have half left. It's fabulous...and HUGE!

Great delicious food with great service and friendly staff. Their blueberry french toast is amazing and way better than their pancakes! the omelettes are really yummy! Turkey club sandwich was full of turkey and their breakfast burrito is really amazing!

We went to try to wait and it was an hour wait so we were just waiting around but they were really rude and kicked us out of the lobby when we were waiting for one of our people to get out of the restroom and they pretty much told us we needed to get out. They also were rude when we asked where the restroom was and we came clear from Nebraska and decided to try them but we never went because of the rude service before even being seated.

While outside of Sedona proper, this breakfast spot has the feel of where the locals go and worth the 15 minute drive. We had the Huevos Rancheros and the Southwest Chicken Fried Steak. Both were very tasty and large portions, perfect for those calories needed for a day of hiking. Both dishes had the right amount of spice and the eggs over medium were cooked beautifully with a nice runny yoke. I recommend the home fries over the hash browns. They were delicious with a medley of different potatoes including sweet potatoes.
We also had the Biscuits and Gravy. Being from Georgia, we like to think we know biscuits and gravy. What we had was very good, biscuits were nice and fluffy and plenty of sausage gravy. We were hoping that it would have a south western flair like the other offerings. This is not a criticism just wanted something different than what we get from home.
On a side note, we left town the next day and stopped at McDonalds in Sedona to get a quick breakfast. A Mcmuffin combo was around $8! Do yourself a favor and stop here and get a real meal for only a few extra bucks.

Amazing staff! At least 4 people asked if we needed anything during our breakfast meal. The food was good and it was fresh. They didn't have espresso, so they let us bring in a coffee from a coffee shop. There are lots of parking spaces, but look it up on Maps because it is not right on the main road. Go meet the nice people here...and eat!
