Firecreek Coffee - Village of Oak Creek

Good crafted coffee and non-coffee (see pic) Golden Ratio (hot), with turmeric, honey and more, very satisfying. Many locals came and grab a drink to go, this is always a good sign.

The baked goods were delish. The coffee was on point. The cold brew... yum. The oat milk latte was beautiful and delicious...
Overall a great place. Great vibe. And a lovely place to start the day.

I wanted a full breakfast but for the activity I was going to do I opt (not by choice haha) to get a light breakfast. I had a blueberry scone and a Carmel mocchiato. It so really good. And one of the best scones ive haved. I asked them to warm it up and they were nice enough to do so. So I ended up going back the next day.

We make it a point to stop here every time we visit Sedona. Love the coffee, love the vibe. Try the Horchata Latte!

I’ve never left a review but felt inclined to leave one at this place after experiencing what I did the other day. The customer service was absolutely awful. The red, curly haired lady was so awfully rude. I watched her on numerous occasions slam the drinks down, enough to where they spilled out over the cup and leave a mess. An elderly gentleman sweetly asked for creamer multiple times and she ignored him then finally the lady working the register stopped what she was doing and got him his creamer. This was near the time r hey were closing and when new customers were coming in, she would stomp over to the door and slam the door in their faces and lock it, leaving the patrons inside uncomfortable because it meant we had to unlock the door to leave and then that caused customers to start walking in again and then she would walk over and slam the door in their faces. Mind you, not a single word came out of her mouth. A simple, “sorry we are closed” could've went a long way but instead she stood there stone cold and slammed drinks down and doors in customers faces. Seriously the rudest person I’ve ever met, and unfortunately left such a bad taste in my mouth as well as many others. There is no chance I will ever be walking back into that coffee shop.

I stepped into this cute coffee shop on the way into Sedona, without much expectation but this coffee shop threw a great positive surprise. Has very good espresso and rainbow of drink. You can even sit on the outside patio and enjoy your beverage overlooking beautiful view. Worth checking out before a hike or driving towards grand canyon.

Stopped going to the Firecreek in Cottonwood well over a year ago. Such bad service time and time again. Today I went into your VOC location and was charged over $8.00 for a 16oz. iced latte that was mostly ice. Also, reading your so called "rave" reviews is suspect because I have read many complaints on local community FB pages not to mention that a few people I know have had similar negative experiences about your business. Never again will I go into any of your locations.

It’s a very nice Coffee shop and had a lot of visitors staying to work and relax in an upbeat environment. However, the coffee was sour and the blueberry muffin had one of the most horrific tastes of almost anything I’ve ever eaten.

Asked for a large got what it looked like to be a small or a tall Starbucks drink. I ordered 2 large matcha drinks that tasted horrible not even matcha it was light green milk for 17 bucks which I thought was outrageous. I will never come back here again!!

Ordered our coffees and paid, 10 min (and 3 served customers) later I went to one of the girls to ask where our drinks were. They were unable to make them so had refunded the money but never bothered to tell us. The two girls then acted affronted that I was confused and upset that I had not been told. Horrible service.
