I loved this place...perfect to watch kids play as you enjoy a cup of coffee, smoothie or lemonade. I didn't see any pastries but loved the specials of BoGo on Tuesday and Thursday

The perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful mountains with a great cup of coffee. The outdoor atmosphere is amazing and a great place for kids to play in the grass area. One of a kind coffee shop!

This is a great spot for a really good cup of coffee & to work all day. The area really needed something great like this and it now has it. Great way to get out of the busy Shea/101 mess and ALWAYS has plenty of great seating options w/ portable changers and high/low seating.

You won’t be disappointed if you go.

Place is awesome! Very spacious great coffee awesome vibe! The ppl that work here are always in a good mood and know how to make coffee.

District is unreal. Great place for drinks, and pastries are through the roof (well the ones I've had). And I am a big pastry guy my grading is on the strict side.
