Dutch Bros Coffee

I think I am too old for Dutch Brothers.
The music was so loud I could barely hear the employees. The girl taking the order was efficient but the guys inside not so much..I pulled up to them spilling drinks, laughing uncontrollably, loud and I thought rude. I know it's a show there but is anyone in charge?
My drink was wrong which I guess is the most important detail.
Not a fan anymore...sorry.

Very laid back drive-thru coffee shop. We're not big coffee drinkers but sometimes you just need a bit of extra caffeine and their drinks are as good as any we've tried before. Service is quick (your order is taken by someone as you wait in line) and there's always smiles when you reach the pick-up window. Overall a cute place!

I just went to the walk up counter and ordered a drink with my friend. We got our drinks, and sat to hang out for a bit when the barista sticks her head out the window and tells us to leave for being “extremely rude”. Never said a word to her or any coworkers the entire time and was called rude. Terrible baristas. Terrible service.

I love the blended Rebel drinks. Especially Dragon Slayer and this seasons special Vampire Slayer. Oh, their hot chocolate is the best around.

Love Dutch! Cheaper and better tasting coffee than brand S. I had a blended americano, two extra shots, with heavy cream and half-sweet sugar free dark chocolate

Won’t be going here anymore! They have the personnel to walk up and down a line of twenty cars in the drive thru but forget about walking up to the window if you are in a big truck or have a trailer because your ticket will be hurried by the person taking all the orders for all those cars. So you will get your drink after the last car in line at the time you walk up to the window! That is not what I call customer service the people working there should know how to prioritize even if their computer system doesn’t. I asked for a refund but that was going to be so complicated I ended up just going back to work.

My absolute favorite place to get a drink. The staff is always friendly and the service is always efficient. In all my dozens upon dozens of trips to this Dutch bros over the last couple years, I have had only two mistakes on my orders. One was totally just a miscommunication on my end (asked for a rebel with passionfruit, but got the passion-water rebel) and the other was simply getting a medium instead of a large, no biggie. Totally understandable when you see how many people come in and out of that drive-through every day. The drinks are tasty, and I never feel unwelcome. I will continue to be a regular customer. Thanks!

Great coffee served by awesome people. They have a good drive thru systems that gets you in and out quick. Don't forget to get the app for the best deals and loyalty program! They have some outdoor seating if you don't want to waste gas in line.

Some brands just knock it out of the park in regards to customer service standards and Dutch Bros is at the top of that list... The doggies approve too
