The chai latte was a little too strong for me but the staff were very nice

My favorite coffee shop in the Valley! Damn good coffee, and a very artsy and cute spot to hang out by yourself or with friends. The outdoor seating is really cool, and includes a swing set! They also have a decent selection of teas, and the barista(s) are super friendly! One of the unique and hidden gems of Phoenix. Two thumbs up!

Probably going to be my regular coffee shop. The staff is spectacular. I went to the shop a week ago, ordered an extra strong (brewed longer) Thai tea with almond milk. Yesterday, the same staff member remembered my order to the T, and asked how my partner, who was with me on the last visit, was doing. The level of consideration and customer service at Songbird is a rare find. The food and drinks are delicious, and the whole atmosphere is friendly and light. If you want a great coffee house experience, go to Songbird. You'll probably see me there. 🙂

What a beautiful and pleasant day to appreciate this outstanding coffee shop that I visited earlier. I was astonished by their service and place. It was all tidy and clean. Perhaps, I was touched by the beautiful and handsome crews that showed the curved in their lips as they served me well. For me, everything was perfect. From the good taste of their coffees to the sweetness of their pastries, all that I could say was Wow. I’ll be back soon!

Gotta go to this fantastic fantastic place! Coffee is consistently delicious and staff are friendly and remember you which always hits me in that cheers kinda way. Dog friendly kid friendly even cat friendly lol get anything on the menu and it’s gonna be good! And the structure is just beautiful! Wish I could give more stars.

Visited Songbird today for the first time, honestly one of the calmest coziest coffee shops ever! Enjoyed a latte which was very smooth and foamy. Husband indulged in a cappuccino which was perfect! They even made a chocolate milk for my daughter. Great place with great service, definitely recommend!

Highly Recommended! This shop was truly worth it even if it were expensive. The coffee and the foods they served were absolutely delicious and OK. Besides, the ambiance was very good to relax. It was clean, fragrant, and satisfying to visit again and again. Even the waiter that served my order at that time was very pleasant and decent. I really like everything in this shop. Worth it!

This coffee shop nailed it when it comes to comfy vibes!! Such adorable hipster coffee shop In the heart of downtown Phoenix.

The server was super friendly, so customer service 100 and not to mention coffee was delicious!

I love the music that was playing felt very relaxed.
