Lola Coffee

Usually, I love coming to Lola coffee, but today my experience was not so great! My caramel latte tasted like milk, and my husband's dirty chai did not taste properly blended. The cinnamon roll tasted gross and dried out but we ate it anyway. The cashier was not the nicest and overall the coffee shop definitely could improve on how they craft their drinks.

Update review. The coffee is still very good. The espresso is nice and bold/rich. The customer service could have some more energy and positive vibes. It feels a little more clique-ish as they only really talk to the people they know. The service is fast though and the inside area is a relatively quiet and nice place to hang out for coffee, but nothing fancy. I definitely would rather come here than Starbucks though.

Dirty Chi was delicious it was made with Pumpkin and the service was on point ! The place was cozy, clean, and Friendly!

I like the decoration and the place overall, but the type of beans they use not good as a taste wise, also it’s pricey compare to the specialty coffees around the valley. I believe a change in coffee beans and pricing will turn it to a significant coffee.

Please serve food past noon on a weekend. Most people want to have brunch at that time. The staff on this particular day were rude. Our drinks sat up on the counter with no reminder from staff that they were ready. Please train for better customer service. We usually come to this place from out of town and this time around was a disappointment.

Love this coffee shop! I remember when this place was owned by masterpiece coffee and donuts or something so I was super happy to see that a new coffee shop had opened up here when they closed their doors. This place is fantastic! The espresso shots, latte’s and espresso whip cream are super tasty! I also recently heard that it’s dog friendly inside so I’ll definitely need to bring my pooch here too, they have milk-bones (dogs can’t have espresso whip cream). I’d definitely check it out if you’re ever in the area.

My friend and I have been looking for a better place to meet halfway from downtown Phoenix.
We found it at Lola. Not too busy in the mornings. And there are plenty of tables if you want ro 'distance'. Parking is tight at this stip mall, but it's worth it. (Bring your small car).
Great coffee served in real mugs, and a nice choice for eats.

Bad experience!! Been here for brunch , while my latte was too dark & burnt asked for replacement to which cashier told they can’t help & closed the conversation !! Disappointed with the customer service & wish them luck
