Best blended coffee out there ! actually tastes like coffee

Every black rock I go to is consistently a five-star experience. The staff knows their menu and the froufrou drinks still taste like coffee underneath all of the other flavors. You’re not gonna find that at other National or regional coffee chains.

I don’t recommend getting a pastry. I got a muffin and it smelled and tasted like it had been in the back of the fridge for quite a while. Pretty gross. The Mexican Mocha coffee was alright though. If you go I’d say stick with a simple drink and just pick up a better fresher pastry from somewhere else. Overall I probably won’t go back. There’s better coffee literally next door to them.

I had to update to 2 stars from 3 cause the muffin was just so gross. Inedible I threw the whole thing away. It tasted like it maybe had freezer burn? A very chemical taste. Bleh. And for the coffee drink being just ok? Yeah not worth coming here.

Had to be one of the worst tasting coffees I have ever consumed. I ordered two of the Carmel truffles blended coffees. It tasted like dirty water, bitter taste and you could tell the filters needed to be cleaned. Sorry, everyone can't make coffee I will continue to go to Starbucks up the street. Also, this location has a bad infestation of bees so be mindful if you have a bee allergy going through the drive thru.

Horrible they had me waiting for 8 minutes before starting my order. On top of just cutting me off mid conversation get it together ppl !

Great coffee, friendly service. One of the best lattes I’ve had in Phoenix. Easily the best coffee in Sunnyslope area. They also have soy milk (in addition to all of the other alternative milks). So many coffee shops only have oat or almond anymore.

Super personable, friendly and pleasant service! Plus their coffee is so good and always on point. Def my new GO TO spot!

This location refused to provide a complimentary cup of water. Considering how hot it gets in Arizona, this is a pretty awful policy and what I had thought to be against the law in this state. At $5 a cup of coffee, pretty sure they have the resources to give back to the community in this way but I guess profits above all for them. Oh well, good thing there is a local coffee shop right next to them that I'd rather support instead.

The coffee is great and I haven't met an unfriendly staff yet! They all seem genuinely kind, unlike Dutch Bros, where it's so over the top it's uncomfortable lmao.

Im not sure if they've changed the measurements, brands or if it's the baristas, but recently my regular order of an iced Late' with coconut-milk and sugar free vanilla tastes and looks like an iced coffee. May need to try a new coffee shop.
