At Home

This place has anything and everything you could possibly want to decorate your house with. However, most of their products are not the highest quality, which unfortunately doesn't necessarily mean you will get an affordable price. There is alot of good stuff here though, you just gotta be patient because this place is huge!

Horrible place, never coming back, I got here before 9pm and the door was locked but I seen one worker let someone in as I was walking up to the door and then I got told, "we're closed" as it was 8:56, clearly before closing time, as I looked at the registers there's 6 people in line and a few still walking around shopping. At home sure doesn't make you feel at home. Way to ruin a night and a my nieces birthday dinner, thanks at home....

Nice place if your looking for "stuff". All kinds of yard and house items. I was looking more for bedroom furniture but it is more of the stuff that goes with the main furniture. Pictures, plant holders, garbage cans, clocks mirrors stuff like that. Place is clean and pretty big. Did not interact much with employees. Parking lot is big and it is in a strip center with many other stores. Most stores attached to the At Home are closed but there is a Home Depot and many other open stores on either side.

I have to say that Dylan was amazing at this location on 91st. He was very helpful and patient. There were 2 nightstands that I wanted. He took them down for me waited patiently to see if I need something else without complaining or rushing me. I also could reach a plant that I wanted and he took the time to go with me to point out what I wanted and get it. You can’t ask for better customer service than this. Thank you Dylan for be such an amazing employee but better than that person.

My favorite place for home decor. They have pretty much anything you could think of.

LOVE this store. I went into the one on Bell for the first time with my Mom and I was shocked. This location is like the home depot of At Homes. I always find what I'm looking for and then some. I've purchased art, furniture, lamps, garden statues, felt cabinet pads, patio cushions... The list goes on. Just saying this location is worth the stop.

My first time there and spent over $100 on Christmas decor.I like that they have more shatterproof options than other stores. But honestly, the customer service was so bad that I don’t want to go again. The cashier did not bag my items (not sure if this is a store thing since it’s my first time and I was the only customer paying) but she also didn’t even offer me bags to do it myself. She also didn’t say anything like thank you or have a nice day. I wish they had self checkout. Then a couple days later I tried online order for curbside pickup and waited a while but no one was coming so I decided to go inside. It seemed like they had no clue I was even waiting so their curbside pickup program is faulty. They asked my name four times and what I ordered three times. So obviously I waited a long time. Would’ve been faster to shop inside myself. Also you have to be careful with the ornaments you choose since many had scratches on them.

Nice store, but some areas were a mess and prices were blacked out with sharpie marker on items as well so you didn't know the price of the items.

Update: went again after a few months to look at cushions for our outdoor furniture. They have signs saying 50% off outdoor cushions but it was only on select style that were near impossible to find. There's only one price scanner in the whole store as well and because it was near impossible to find an employee it was hard to know if what we wanted was included in the sale as there was no marking on the tag indicating if an item was on sale or not.
