Neaux Coffee Company

Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough good things about Neaux! I’m inspired by the owner and her passion and absolutely love the drinks I’ve had so far! I highly recommend the lavender latte and their iced teas! It’s so clean and cute, and they have wonderful service!

Great coffee, always enjoy their food as well.

This place is great! The employees are fantastic and the menu has a nice variety of awesome food and drinks. Miranda in the drive thru is absolutely fantastic! Her service is amazing and she is super sweet! She makes my whole day! Definitely recommend!

Love this place, amazing customer service and love the vegan options they have. The only thing i wish this place would have is extra space inside. Highly recommend.

This place has potential. It’s beautiful, and clean. To top it off they even got a drive thru! But todays visit.. great customer friendly service.. but the strawberry lemonade was so horrible I couldn’t stomach it, the oatmeal was so tiny for such a high price. The oatmeal is the quantity size for a baby. The prices were/are outrageous. I dnt see myself coming here again.

This coffee shop has been the absolute best it is a great hangout for friends and its right across the street from the school couldn't be happier

Went through the drive through and ordered a salted caramel latte, and my old lady got the samoa cookie latte. they were both really watered down and didn’t have much flavor. I’m all about supporting small businesses but was disappointed today. Might give them another try later down the road but just my two cents

I love supporting small local businesses, I was excited to try this place!
We ordered two coffees and two toasts, and were the first and only people at the shop early morning.
1) it took nearly 15 minutes for the order
Ok, ok, everything is fresh made right? Ok….
2) the toasts took forever, but we finally got them and the worker apologized and sent us on our way
But upon pulling away 3) my “cheesecake swirl” toast had no edible flowers.
What?!
That was literally the entire reason I ordered it. (Boujee edible flowers?! Sign me up)

So, not only did it take 15 minutes in a drive through for coffee and toast but it was missing ingredients and no one even mentioned it.

If the order has been complete? Ok…. I would’ve been ok albeit a long time to wait in a drive through.
If the workers had said, “ hey we don’t have the literal only additional ingredients to this toast with jam and ricotta do you still want it?” Ok I would have been ok with that too - disappointing but hey shortages happen!
But to make me wait 15 minutes for $28 coffee and toast that didn’t even have all the ingredients?……
It’s a “neaux ” from me dog
