First time customer, good customer service..had a decaf iced American with pumpkin spice. Asked what they had for lunch. On a clipboard they had 3 choices, a wrap, a sandwich and a salad. Choices change daily along with daily pastries. Will definitely be a return customer. Had their sandwich.

They have a substantial variety of flavors and blends, allowing you to completely customize your drinks, while spending less than you would to visit any other coffee shops. The staff are well trained, and provide excellent service. Vida commonly hosts events such as live music, video game tournaments, and card game tournaments.

They have really great coffee, lots of options. My order actually got messed up the other day but they replaced it without hesitation. I'll be going back. Definitely better than Starbucks.

Great place for a good cup of coffee. I've had Americanos, pour over, cold brew, latte's and a regular cup of coffee. All are done well. Beans are roasted well, not burnt. The light roast is a light, medium a medium, etc. Service is friendly and helpful.

Takes more than 20 min to get an latte with three people working. I am trying to give you guys multiple chances. If you would just take a few min of your time to get a proper barista you guys could make more money. Jonathan

I ordered a coffee. What I got was a half of cup luke warm coffee. They was supposed to be making more however it never showed up finally just left paid full price for full cup got half cup. Poor service.
