Nobody’s here. 9:32am and the stores empty. Guess I’ll buy my coffee somewhere else.

This is a very interesting place. Im surprised on the quality of the drinks and how they have varied throughout the time I’ve going and went to desert. Some people don’t know go make many drinks that are on the secret menu or how to make a coffee at some points. I’ve had to ask for the coffee to be remade 3 times because they couldn’t make it correctly. But the most surprising part, was when I notice a lady walking around the shop with high heals on and almost falling because of water from ice cubes. This is not safe! A manager should be the example to the shop and should not be wearing high heals instead, they should be wearing non slip resistant shoes so if they Do step on water they don’t almost take their face out of the floor.
Many of the members also don’t wear masks.

Most of the time this place is great except for the inconsistencies with the drinks. Each employee seems to have a different pour or some are way heavier on drizzles/flavors and sometimes it's so sweet you can't really drink it because it's mostly syrup. Also, depending on the day you can be waiting a while to get your drinks. Sometimes it's sorta like other people can come get drinks faster and you are still waiting? Even for a soda? I'm not sure exactly other than I think it's just a bit disorganized inside sometimes and younger kids working with their friends showing up and different things. When the GM is there things run much smoother those days. We will continue coming knowing it's just a bit of a gamble on the customer service just because the flavor options and drink variety is unbeatable.

I absolutely love this place my favorite drink is the white sands with vanilla coffee extra sweet you guys are awesome thank you so much for the coupons that I received for being a loyal customer you guys are definitely my number one have a great day keep up the good work But on the flip side There's been a couple issues with your new employees a year ago there was never mistakes everything was on point I the point I went back the last 2 months same employees every time I tell them exactly what I want they have to ask me 3 different times they made it wrong then they charged me for my coupon but I never got the disk discount they charged me full price so this year hasn't been so great 02 sides to every story but thank you

I've been to this location several times hoping it would be good. However, I do not like their coffee drinks. The coffee tends to be bitter, despite the larger amount of syrup they put in. I would definitely suggest going for half the regular sugar because of the sweetness level. Also the wait is always pretty long even if there is only 1 or 2 cars ahead of you.

I normally don't write reviews but this place was exceptional. First off the service was amazing, what a wonderful staff this place employees. I ordered the screaming eagle blended and all I can say is WOW! It was awesome! Blended perfectly not like when you go to Starbucks and you get small chunks of ice and it's not smooth. This was so smooth and the flavor was the best. They even have stamp cards which were offered to me along with a free Cookie for my first time. Talk about good service. I will continue to support this local business and no longer frequent establishment like starbucks. Oh forgot to mention it was way cheaper then any chain I've been too also.

My wife and I have been coming here since they opened and love their coffee and staff. They have gone through several rounds of employees so sometimes you have to be a little patient during training periods, but everyone has always been super nice, especially the current staff. We've never had a bad experience and if you don't like your drink they are happy to remake it or give you something different. This morning my wife brought home a couple iced coffees that tasted off. She sent me to go return them for new ones and as always they were very nice and remade them. Sometimes there is a long wait, but it's no different than any other coffee shop we've ever been to.

Great local coffee joint. Has a similar model as dutch bros but much more original and faster service. Staff is friendly and always willing to offer new suggestions off the secret menu they got. Prices are about the same as other coffee joints so no real sticker shock. Would recommend to anyone.

Coffee was good but no one knows what they are doing. Girl came up to take our order with no mask. After we ordered two other people tried to take our order. Then they tried to give us the wrong order twice, on top of that the ham and cheese croissant was nothing but a salt bomb.. also felt price was higher then the quality offered. I won't be back

I love this coffee shop! So delicious. My favorite drink is White sands! Go try it out.
