This was the worst customer service experience I have had anywhere. This was also the first time I've been here during lunch hours. I waited 15 minutes for 2 iced teas and while waiting at the drink pickup I saw my mom and I's food. I told the girl at the window the food was mine and could help carry it. She turned back around to face the cook. I went outside and left my iced teas on the table with my mom and came back in. When I walked back up towards the drink pick-up, the girl bringing orders out was asking the cook if she should just "go grab the sand which back since the person didn't touch it" because she brought it there by mistake. I then asked where my sandwich was as my mom had her sandwich and I did not. She said they were making it. I stood there to take the wrap when it was ready and she brushed past me and said "need your table number" which was not very professional. Following this, I said to her it would have made more sense to bring both sandwiches out at once, common sense. The girl then proceeded to say I don't get to talk to a service worker like that. I then asked if there was a manager available to speak to about the service. At this point not specific to her just in general. She said there was no boss or manager in the shop. I then asked what her name was so I could call and leave a review. She then said I don't need to know her name and they don't wear name tags for a reason. She also noted there would be no place for me to call because the shop does not have a direct phone number. I let her know I would ask another employee for her name to which she replied "they won't tell you either".When she walked away I took a picture to describe her since she would not tell me her name. A few minutes went by and she came back to my table telling me to delete the photo from my phone getting in my face beside the table. I let her know I would need to describe her since she did not share her name when I asked. She then proceeded to offer me a refund for the meal and said "you should be grateful you got your food". I should just be grateful I got my food in a restaurant I paid for the food in? When you pay for a meal, customer service goes behind that. She then came back to ask my mom if that was how she raised me???? I spoke with respect up until I was disrespected as a paying customer. A simple "I accidentally brought your food to a different table and we are making you a fresh one now just a few minutes" would suffice. Unprofessional and disrespectful employees should not be working in such a great neighborhood spot. I have been coming here for several years and she ruined the reputation completely. Also, the phone number leads you to leave a voicemail. I have left one requesting a manager or owner call me back on this. The best description I have is she's a brunette with glasses and several arm tattoos. Hopefully, someone with this low of a level in professionalism can be replaced at a great spot.

The Coffee Shop has phenomenal espresso drinks, food and sweets.

It doesn't matter where in The Valley you live, you owe it to yourself to make the trip. Come enjoy breakfast or lunch and then head next door for some local shopping. Or around the corner for Gilbert's outdoor mall.

The Waffles are amazing and you can choose from several delicious breakfast burritos. For lunch you have lots of tasty sandwiches to choose from.

Don't go without choosing something sweet from the pastry case! With cupcakes, scones and whoopee pies, you'll be able to find something that will make you smile. My personal favorite is the Cookies & Cream Whoopee.

Lastly, as the name suggests there is coffee. The espresso menu is deep and everything is customizable. They have some of the best espresso in town and I drive past other shops to get here.

I am a fan if the Spanish Latte with almond milk. But, you do you...it will be worth it.

Need a Coffee? A scrumptious taste of baked goods? A delicious breakfast? Served and prepared by awesome staff...? Well then you have found it! This will be a repeat even though it’s a good 30 minutes of motorcycle riding. Pictured is the American with Bacon served in a ToGo container because of the Virus. And full disclosure: I didn’t take a picture of the Scone (ate it) and the Waffle because I couldn’t wait to taste it. Everything on point!

After picking a bag of oranges and grapefruit at the Agritopia citrus orchard we stopped at the Coffee Shop for espresso, a yummy cupcake for my grandaughter, and a package of whole bean coffee to go. The espresso was delicious with a smoky pleasant taste, and a silky, smooth texture. The shop was clean, bright and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll visit again.

The food and coffee were excellent! The service was so. They are decently priced for the coffee, but I feel the the breakfast food was on the pricey side.

Me and my husband Tommy and I love the San Diegan open face omelette. Hot delicious farm fresh produce and they even have a delicious side salad greens option with delicious vinaigrette. They have an lovely patio and garden area with a parcel of farmland right behind it. Even a beautiful prayer garden adjacent in location. Thanks! My favorite since I moved in my first home at Megan Street in 2007. ❤️🔥✝️

Love this place. It's one of our new favorite places to have a quick snack at. For those with multiple food allergies the bowl of fruit was amazing and refreshing. Their monsoon frozen coffees are awesome.

First things first...Ashley makes an AMAZING cup of coffee. I thought my request was strange but she handled like a Pro. She also handled the customer service side like a Pro. Greeted with a Smile and Professionalism. I felt welcomed. The Ambiance in here is Spectacular. Great sounds complement the laid back yet attentive atmosphere. I will be back...with friends. Highly Recommend. They sell Gluten Free Scones. Definitely Highly Recommend. You Must come here. Glad I did.
