I am FLOORED to know that Fountain Hills has an independent coffee shop that serves DELICIOUS coffee!! I ordered the Caramel Blonde Latte and it was so tasty; I drank it faster than I’d like to admit. (Wish I had ordered 3 more to carry me through the rest of my work day…) if you’ve been putting it off going to this cafe to pick up your next caffeine fix, please don’t. Make the stop, it’s worth it!! The staff is super friendly and outgoing & the shop offers a reward program that’s quick and easy to sign up for. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this place, it has everything you need for a grab and go or chilling with friends. Staff are awesome as well!

Food is really good, drinks are great, but everything takes forever. We’re talking 30+ minutes for carry out. Just plan accordingly I guess.

Finally had a chance to visit Sipps today, what an awesome, friendly place! Met the owner Chris and Stacy, they make you feel like family. Food was delicious; we ordered egg and peppers croissant, strawberry chocolate scone, chai tea, and sunrise drink...so yummy! Can't wait to visit again!

The food was very good and the service friendly and quick. We ate on the patio at the fire table in comfy chairs.

Excellent choice of food. Many were eating huge hamburgers and sandwiches. I enjoyed their breakfast bytes 4 tiny crustless quiche. Full coffee and tea menu. Beautiful day to enjoy their patio.

Delicious! I got the Rooster breakfast sandwich and my husband got the Sunrise breakfast sandwich. Both were fantastic! The staff was friendly and the space was comfortable. Plenty of space to gather with friends or family or sit and work. We will definitely be back.

Outstanding grilled breakfast sandwiches and one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Freshly ground coffee is better than Starbucks. Highly recommended! I will return here for sure! 👍

We we performing a delivery there and the young lady graciously offered us a tea and energy drink. Both were amazing and was extremely kind of her to offer! Thank you.
The establishment was very nice inside. Lower level lounge type area where a couple people were lounging. Next time we come to Fountain Hills, we will patronize this establishment. Thanks again!!!

Really cool atmosphere with restaurant and coffe/lounge area. Their coffee drinks are very tasty and the food tasted like it was made in your own kitchen, and not in a generic restaurant kitchen. Definitely will be going back very soon.
