Bonanza Cafe: A Local Favorite for Breakfast and Lunch

Bonanza Cafe is a small, cozy restaurant located in Fort Mohave, Arizona. This family-owned cafe has been serving delicious breakfast and lunch dishes for decades, and it's no surprise that it has become a local favorite.

The menu at Bonanza Cafe offers a variety of classic American dishes, including pancakes, omelets, burgers, sandwiches, and salads. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, making it a great spot for families and groups.

The cafe's breakfast dishes are especially popular, with many customers raving about the chicken fried steak and the biscuits and gravy. The coffee is also a standout, with many reviewers mentioning its freshness and quality.

The service at Bonanza Cafe is friendly and attentive, with many customers praising the staff for their kindness and consideration. However, a few negative reviews mention one particular waitress or owner who is not as friendly as the rest of the staff.

The restaurant itself is small, with limited seating, so it can get crowded during peak hours. However, the cozy atmosphere and delicious food make it worth the wait.

If you're looking for a local spot for breakfast or lunch in Fort Mohave, Bonanza Cafe is definitely worth a visit.

Small, but comfortable restaurant. We were there for breakfast, but could get anything off the menu, so I had chicken breast. It was a bit chewy, but tasted ok. The other two people I was with had no complaints about their food. Service was very good. I did not use the restroom, so can't comment on the cleanliness of that, but the dining area was fine. We had to walk though an area with tables to leave and there were little kids hunkering under, and running around the tables, which I found to be irritating. The place was crowded, which made it very hard to avoid having them smack into you.. Other than that, it was good. Prices were average for the area.

Lots of Locals Frequent This Restaurant — lots & lots of Veterans, Seniors & Families were enjoying their food

Extremely Friendly Staff — We were greeted @ the door & within (2) minutes we were seated in a recently sanitized booth — Very Clean Restaurant

Our Waitress was FANTASTIC — even though the Cafe was packed — she immediately took our drink order & brought it to us.

Within two- three minutes she returned & took our food order. I am a picky eater — due to medical issues & she allowed me to substitute items without charging me more.

The food arrived quickly. The food portions were extremely large. The food was tasty, flavorful, hot & yummmmmy.

I wish I would have taken some photos; however, it was sooooooo good we gobbled it all up.

The waitress — even though she was VERY busy kept checking on us & refilling our drinks.

Our waitress was an older lady with lots of freckles — I wish I would have gotten her name — she treated us like FAMILY & definitely made our dining experience enjoyable.

We will definitely be back & back & back.

I would give the Bonanza Cafe (10) STARS ⭐️

Great place to go for a quiet, homey meal. Friendly staff, good service amd the food is delicious. Has a country feel to it. Yanni owns the place and John runs the kitchen. Both are super guys...very friendly. The ladies who take care of you during your visit are absolutely amazing!

I would recommend this restaurant to my friends. Very clean with friendly staff who greet you when you walk in, timely service and good food with responsible prices. We went for breakfast. My friend had chicken fried steak, eggs, hash browns and toast and I had eggs, sausage patties, hash browns and biscuit with country (ham) gravy. We both had coffee and oj. Excellent breakfast. We will be back. It was a pleasant change from the chain restaurant's.

The food went down hill. The first couple of times was really great. Then we went again it tastes like store bought pattys that had been frozen, same with the chicken, and my kids didn't like the grilled cheese. The wait staff was amazing though.

The restaurant was very clean, we were greeted as we walked in and was told to sit anywhere we would like. There were 4 tables at this time to choose from, Heidi our waitress was very attentive to our needs. When we ordered, the food was there in about 12 minuets or so. Large portions very, very tasty. Full of flavor. Just like home made and after being asked if there was anything else we needed the bill came. For the amount of food we received the price in my opinion was very good. We will definitely eat there again.
