Terrible business model. The barista messed up my drink, it tasted of pure sugar and nothing like a dirty chai. I asked if they could remake it or make me something else, as it’s not drinkable, and was told it’s policy that if you don’t like a drink, you have to purchase another. Customers shouldn’t have to pay for a baristas mistake. I almost never send back drinks but this was bad. I will never return. I literally drove it home and dumped it out in my sink. Wasted $8 for nothing.

Great customer service/very friendly with a quant little spot to get a quick in and out coffee.. i did enjoy my butterscotch coffee but it was a bit bland and didnt have a flavor to really back the name, had to add a significant amount of honey (really for my partner) to really do it for me. All in all it still did its job and woke me up!

This is some of the most over roasted 🥵burnt coffee ever! Stay away!

Drive up only coffee shop. They have a full coffee menu and great service. You can drive up on either side and they tend to be open earlier than places like Starbucks are.

Coffee was good and strong. Enjoyed it much.

Hot coffee, medium price range, friendly barista, convenient drive-through. Decaf latte was good. Enjoyed a sugar free mocha macadamia nut latte per barista's recommendation and it did not disappoint.

Coffee is usually mediocre at best. If you wanna be nice and tip them, don’t do it off your debit card. The bratty college kid will rip you off. Done with this place. Bookmans has great coffee.

Dirty chai was awful. I've had better and cheaper at gas stations. My girlfriend ordered a pumpkin latte and they forgot the pumpkin. The overpriced hot chocolate was the only decent thing we ordered. Expensive coffee, a waste of time and money.

The girl at the window was rude. I love getting chai tea here and she made it nothing like I have had in the past. Really watery and gross. The coffee we got was bitter. She clearly did not care about making a quality drink for us. So disappointed.

Barista was so awesome and our drinks were delicious! Thank you for a great start to our morning! Also, that amazing barista was working two windows alone with the brightest smile and fast service. She is fantastic!
