Sweet Day Tea & Coffee

The drinks are good and the girl working the counter is really nice, but the service is slow. I'm not sure if it's because making the slush drinks take longer for some reason, but when we walked in and ordered 4 drinks, 3 of which were the slush type, we were the only people in the store. After making 1 slush drink a group of three people walked in, ordered, and they all got their drinks before us. Then a single girl walked in ordered, and got her drink before we got our other 3. If the slush drinks take longer I get it but 1 of our drinks was a tea and that came out last. It's a cute place but only go if you have time to wait.

I am from the Bay Area so I am used to pretty good boba tea. This place is horrible. Their tapioca is super hard and their tea is wayyy too sweet. I asked for no sweetener and it tasted like pure sugar water. I’m glad that flagstaff got a boba place but they really need to improve.

I go here all the time! it’s usually very good but the last few times there’s been a lot of undercooked boba in my drink? Guys, if you can see this,,,, please cook your boba longer...

2 stars only due to the sweet girl taking the order. Milk tea was weird and boba was not fresh and tasteless

This place is great!! I’m a NAU student here and now is my third year here. I’m originally from mainland China. I’m so excited with this tea shop opening. I tried almost all their products, my favorites are fruits black tea and cream float oolong. There food is also super delicious, I love the lamb sticks and chicken popcorn. I strongly recommend this tea shop!!

Pulled up to Hot Wok to pick up a takeout order and saw a new sign up. We went a little closer and saw it was a boba place. First boba shop in Flagstaff! Tried a traditional milk tea with boba and it was pretty good. Fast service, decent interior albeit a bit empty. Only time will tell if service and quality stay consistent, but so far so good. Hope this place is here to stay because there’s no other boba in Flagstaff so far!

I absolutely love Sweet Day! I spend most of my time hanging out here and drinking the flavored drinks especially the Raspberry Black Tea. I like to add strawberry or lychee pearls. The environment is really relaxing and the baritas are always nice! The drinks are all sweet hence the name Sweet Day which I find very clever. This is the only place in Flagstaff where a person can get good boba tea for a cheap price making this little shop a precious gem. Come check it out!

Love this place and love supporting a small, Asian business! I get the Thai tea with boba and love it. The service is really quick. Would reccomend :)

I had the Matcha Milk Tea, and it was the right amount of sweetness, and the boba was chewy and soft! Very good

It's really the only boba place in Flag, but it's just ok and extremely inconsistent. Sometimes too sweet, sometimes just tastes like straight water or milk, and the boba itself is sometimes undercooked and tastes like nothing
